Even if we were able to use them, in order to get 23 people in the collab we would need to have someone set the "Nanoha and Fate Kiss 22 Title" box as their profile picture, which is kind of weird. Other than that, I don't really mind using lesbians as my profile picture.

We are at 23 people at the moment, there is doubt about quite a few and that number will probably rise if we proceed. How many people asked to be in and have forgotten/never returned? Entries have also slowed so it is fair to assume the current amount is near the peak.
