I think accuracy=pp
Acc gives pp so its obvious - acc

No acc = no pp
Focus on acc to receive pp
Yes both and maybe aim too
Focus purely on acc. because it will make you increase both.

Easier maps have considerably bigger timing windows, you could be getting SS in those maps, but still have an accuracy that is much lower than the accuracy of a player that plays harder maps and barely gets a S.
