Some of your sliders have awkward ticks, i recommend doubling the tick rate to fix.
Why isnt this difficulty mapped until the end?
Overall, really nice map, just need to fix a few things and tone down the hards as they are really pushing it into the Insane territory, in fact i think [Hard] Plays completely like an Insane, specially those repeat slider streams.

I dont really agree with most jumps here, as they arent really fitting for a hard like 01:25:460 (1,2,3) Half a screen jump in half a beat? this feels more like Insaneish imo. Mostly i recommend you tone down your jumps (more than half of them are Insaneish)
