Mirtoshi's Extreme? More like Mirtoshi's Extremely boring. This beatmap is like most of my ex-girlfriends: Aesthetically attractive but lacks any personality or substance. And it's even lacking in aesthetics. We've seen better days in the life of Naotoshi. I still love you though.
Jokes aside, the map itself is aesthetically nice and the flow is smooth for the most part, though there are a few places in the map where the flow shifts for seemingly no reason. I have pointed them out and given recommendations, though ultimately it is your decision on whether you fix them or how you fix them. The map is pretty nice as it is.
Mod:
• This is more of an Insane diff rather than an "Extreme" diff. Even as far as SR goes, in DT it doesn't reach 5.25*. Change to "Mirtoshi's Insane"
• Look at AI Mod.
• 00:14:778 (3,4) - Not really a rankability issue moreso a flow/aesthetic issue. Since this map is really easy even in DT you can get away with it, but it causes a slightly uncomfortable snap in the wrist that changes direction extremely suddenly from the rest of the map, then goes back to being the same direction the rest of the map has been. If there was a subtle lead up to the directional change and if it weren't for just one note, it'd be easy to ignore, but this is an unnecessary change. I recommend changing the direction of the slider, though that would get rid of the aesthetic you were going for with the following slider. If you move the circle before it slightly northwest on the grid, you can move the slider to the sliderend of (6) and have a similar aesthetic whilst still changing the direction of the slider.
• 00:49:555 (7,1) - Good blanket. <3
• 00:57:424 (6,7,8,9,1) - No point in NCing the stream's end. NC the start of the stream (6) and delete the NC at the end.
• 01:05:047 (4,5) - This is extremely aesthetically displeasing. This style works on the rest of your sliders because they're small sliders, but on big sliders like this it just looks horrid. Considering you have a blanket of (3) to (5) already (a very nice blanket at that), move the circle northeast (preferably to x376 y192) to get rid of the ugly overlap whilst still keeping in flow with the map.
• 01:05:293 (5) - Very awkward directional flow change, though since the map is easy even in DT you can get away with it. If you do want to change it, though, just ctrl+h, ctrl+j the slider and relocate it.That would be the most pleasing change for flow, though for aesthetics (to keep that marvelous blanket) just ctrl+h, ctrl+shift+r, and relocate. Move the previous circle accordingly, of course.
• 01:22:014 (3,5,6,8) - These are all really cluttered. With HR it's not really much of a problem, but the AR by itself and even somewhat with DT raises a readability problem. I recommend slightly increasing the AR, though you could also just move the circles (not recommended).
• 01:32:096 (4,5,6) - Kind of an awkward flow from the previous duplet. I recommend an entire remap of just these three notes, then moving circles that are directly effected by the change accordingly. Personally, I would start the triplet on x72 y184 and have it move southeast. This creates the same zig-zag jumping pattern with an added subtle change to directional flow to introduce the following section.
• 01:47:096 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - I like this very much. It is quite musically accurate and a great artistic choice.
• 01:54:474 (5,6,1) - Ugly. My recommendation would be to move the duplet underneath the sliderend, though that wouldn't thematically match the rest of the section, so I'll leave the decision to you. Just find a way to move the duplet to where it's not a weird slanted devilish triangle of some sort.
• 01:54:965 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,1) - Great way to end the map! :3

The flow of the map is really nice, though at the end it seems like you guys kinda just gave up on properly utilizing combos and threw them wherever. I pointed out all of the combo errors that I could catch, but there might be more. I'd go through and check combos again, making sure they're starting after rests and continuing throughout a measure either until the next rest or until the end of a long note, and especially not starting on the downbeat of the measure.
Mod:
• 00:13:439 (7,8,9) - This is aesthetically displeasing. I recommend making the 8 go under rather than over. Either that or just have it a straight line, though that'd be boring.
• 00:17:346 (5) - I personally feel like newer players can't catch onto speed changes that well and would get frustrated at constantly hitting a 50 here, though I could be undervaluing them. It's not unrankable and doesn't seem like too much of a problem, so I leave this entirely up to your discretion. If you do change it, making the start of (4) a circle and the end of it the start of a slider that ends on the (5) would be a good change.
• 00:23:736 (6,7) - I know this is only a hard diff, but don't undervalue newbies this much. NC (6) and make its distance further away from the end of (5).
• 00:24:474 (1,2,3) - This is all musically incorrect. The best change I can recommend is NCing (1), putting a much quieter hitsound at the sliderend of (2), and cutting the size of (3) by half with another quiet sliderend, furthermore adding a 1/2 slider where the sliderend of (3) currently is. You have (3) ending on a strong beat and (4) on a soft beat.
• 00:24:719 (2) - Aesthetically displeasing. Move slightly east.
• 00:32:342 (1) - Increase distance between the previous slider and this.
• 00:38:736 (2) - Either NC this or put a distance change. This is a completely new section and it should be emphasized as such.
• 00:38:736 (2,3) - I recommend starting this section on a 1/2 slider with a circle at the end of it. A strong vocal is sounded in the middle of the slider and it's very noticeable. I understand that new players shouldn't be given too much at once (in this sense duplets or kicksliders), though when you add a duplet slider in this section 00:41:687 (2,3,1) - it should also be given in the previous section to keep consistent, especially when you mapped this duplet over nothing whilst the other section could be mapped over something.
• 00:58:408 (2) - NC or add a distance change.
• 01:03:818 (1) - Change the direction of this slider (ctrl+j), both for flow and aesthetic purposes.
• 01:13:162 (3) - NC.
• 01:19:064 (5) - NC.
• 01:19:555 (1) - This shouldn't need to be NC'd if (5) was a new combo.
• 01:21:031 (6) - NC.
• 01:21:523 (1) - Don't NC this.
• 01:22:260 (2) - NC.
• 01:27:424 (1,2,3) - This is ugly. Change the direction of the duplet or place it underneath the slider.
• 01:28:900 (4) - NC
• 01:29:392 (1) - Don't NC.
• 01:43:900 (3) - This slider isn't centered properly and it's very noticeable. Move the center joint slightly and it'll be fixed.

There's a drastic difference in flow technique between the start and rest of the map. I left a large paragraph detailing it inside the mod. There are some very weird NC decisions during the chorus, too many to point out. I pointed out the main ones, but I recommend going back and fixing combos using the comment I left in the Hard difficulty mod.
Mod:
• 00:12:368 (4) - New Combo.
• 00:17:503 (1) - (I just picked the break between the two sections, this has nothing to do with the spinner). So, in this case this is mainly just a personal preference, but as I preach often, especially to new mappers (not calling you new mappers just saying I often find myself saying this to new mappers), is that a map's style shouldn't change, even if the song's style changes. What I mean is, if you choose to primarily follow a linear, snappy flow, then the entire map should be a linear, snappy flow; if you choose the latter, a curvy, natural flow, then the entire map should be such. Your map starts out very linear then suddenly changes to a curvy flow. It's not much of a problem because it's a lower difficulty and doesn't require high speed or precision, but flow consistency should still be put into practice across all difficulties. I recommend remapping the beginning of the song to stay consistent with the rest of the map.
• 00:36:276 (3,4,5) - This is very beautiful and fine as it is, I love it, but it might be a bit more beautiful if you make (5) a straight slider whilst still keeping it right between (3) and (4). Either way, I love it.
• 00:41:440 (5) - New Combo.
• 00:42:178 (1) - Should not be a New Combo.
• 00:43:407 (2) - New Combo.
• 00:58:653 (2) - Make this a 1/2 slider to match the vocals a bit better, then add a circle where the slider end currently is.
• 01:08:735 (5) - New Combo.
• 01:24:473 (6) - New Combo.
• 01:56:932 (1) - This note is very noticeably off rhythm.

• 00:16:118 (3) - Ctrl+J this slider then relocate it.
• 00:22:505 (1,2) - Ugly overlap.
• 00:31:850 (3) - This slider is horribly out of place in a musical sense. It starts on a very weak note and ends on a weak note. I recommend making it a 1/1 slider to keep in rhythm with the hitsound pattern going on then NCing the (4).
• 00:36:276 (3) - Add a spinner between all of this empty space to keep the map interesting and to give new players training on them. Make sure it ends 1/1 before the next note.
• 00:59:883 (4,1) - Ugly overlap.
• 01:10:702 (2,1) - Ugly overlap.
• 01:21:522 (4,5,6,7) - This is all such a very beautiful combo. I love it!
• 01:36:769 (6,1) - Ugly overlap.
• 01:56:933 (1) - Circle is off rhythm. Technically the circle should be on the blue tick after it.
