Hell Oni of this set has the OD set to 7, Inner Oni of Hold Angel has it set to 7.5. If I remember correctly, they're quite similar in their note density (can't check that atm lol), the core difference is the BPM being noticeably higher here, hence it requires higher OD, since timing windows between notes are more likely to overlap on higher BPM. In other words: note locking will occur more easily.
So, consider raising the OD on Hell Oni to 7.5 here? If you do this, then you can also increase it on the highest diff to 9 or 9.2, like Midnaait mentioned (responding to the diff spread argument). I'd recommend you to do so, since it's actually even harder than the top difficulty of Hold Angel (not only due to the BPM, but especially due to the 1/6 usage. Keep in mind that 340BPM 1/6 are 510BPM bursts. However, these might bring a new issue when increasing the OD, as it becomes even harder to hit these in the first place).

tl;dr:
340BPM requires higher OD than 300BPM due to timing windows being more likely to overlap by default. However, it's currently lower than the 300BPM map taken to comparison which doesn't really make sense (at least imo).
Whether you want to change it or not is still up to you, of course. I'm just stating my opinion after all lol

難易度間のspreadは考えるのが面倒くさかったので難易度ごとの違和感指摘程度にしてます。

・02:00:856 (16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34) -
この地帯の密度濃すぎじゃないですかね、サビの2/1の長さと大差ないのはこの地帯でやるには難しいと思います。
とは言いつつも02:03:327 - だけをdeleteするのも違和感があるので01:55:915~02:07:209はわかりやすいパターンを4回繰り返すのでも良いと思います。
・02:41:092 (11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33) -
逆にこの地帯サビ前の割に密度薄すぎじゃないですかね、音圧的にこれまでのパートと比較して1/1をもっと増やしても良いと思います。

-全体
・00:25:562~00:36:856
この地帯の1/2が多すぎると思います。サビ並に密度が濃い上に1/2の3連が隣接しているものもあるのでここは減らすのは必須になる感じがある気がします。
普通に00:36:856~00:48:150と同じような配置で良いのでは…?
・00:48:150~00:59:445と02:07:209~02:18:503
この二つの地帯は同じ配置ですが1/2が一つもないのは他のパートと比べたり音圧を考えた時に違和感を覚えます。パターンの最後に3連1/2を入れるだけでもだいぶ変わると思います。

-全体
・03:06:503~03:17:445
サビの後半ですけど休憩多くないですか?道中のパートと密度が変わらなくてサビの前半だけがサビって印象を受けました。もっと詰めても良いと思います。
-細部
・00:35:974 (79,80,81,82,83,84,85) -
ここが7連である必要性があまり感じられません。後はサビでしか7連は出てないですしk ddddk等で良いと思います。

とりあえず以上で、パット見全体のノーツラインとかパターンにそこまで違和感は覚えなかったのでよさげです。
Destructive Nightmareは個人的に譜面が好みだったので25kudosu投げました。
