I agree with frukoyurdakul on every point about the timing here, it's not only the guitarist who does 'weird syncopations' but the drummer is following it too, adjusting their kick-snare-pattern according to the 5/4-meters the guitar is playing (e.g. 03:54:937 being a snare(-ish thing) again so the downbeat at 03:55:303 is a kick), so even the 'percussion' is off as it has snares on downbeats half of the time xd
As for the question of whether it should be 6/4 & 5/4s or 4/4 + 2/4 & 1/4s, it doesn't really matter much, personally I'd find it really weird for the 5/4-ones because having two downbeats in a row is ??? so ya, I'd say just go with exactly the timing that 03:55:303 frukoyurdakul proposed. (just watch out for possible offset-shifts because of rounding-errors, I didn't check the exact ms )
