I am sorry but this map's timing is wrong at one section. The bar lines are coming wrong starting from 03:51:278 - this section to 04:10:303 - this section. So here is one solution I've found now. It may be not entirely correct as in offsets but the bar lines should come in this way.
03:51:278 - Needs a red point, in 6/4 measure.
03:53:473 - Needs a red point, in 5/4 measure.
03:55:302 - Needs a red point, in 6/4 measure.
04:01:887 - Needs a red point, in 5/4 measure.

I agree with frukoyurdakul on every point about the timing here, it's not only the guitarist who does 'weird syncopations' but the drummer is following it too, adjusting their kick-snare-pattern according to the 5/4-meters the guitar is playing (e.g. 03:54:937 being a snare(-ish thing) again so the downbeat at 03:55:303 is a kick), so even the 'percussion' is off as it has snares on downbeats half of the time xd
