what is the purpose of the additional red line at 00:53:647 - ? the last one makes sense for metronome reset, but what does this do?
I though taiko diffs usually don't use video? nardo's diffs have it added though, so make sure it's supposed to be like that

01:19:593 (399,400,401) - wouldn't a rhythm like http://lasse.s-ul.eu/vL3NQm7D.jpg make more sense with how you mapped the similar vocal pattern at 01:00:133 (282,283,284,285) - ?

I though taiko diffs usually don't use video? nardo's diffs have it added though, so make sure it's supposed to be like that Video can be used in Taiko difficulties for sure despite being partially visible. Here is an example.
