First, the romanisation of the title should be Ima wa Mijikashi Yumemiyo Otome stated by alacat. 夢見よ is an expression meaning dreaming so you should romanise it as a whole and Yume Miyo probably means seeing a dream (not sure about this).
Second, you could replace the title with a marker at the end, i.e. 今は短し夢見よ乙女 (TV size) as stated in this picture (though it's a bit blurred).
In short,
Unicode Title: 今は短し夢見よ乙女 (TV size)
Romanised Title: Ima wa Mijikashi Yumemiyo Otome (TV size)
