Offset is 1 different on Taiko Inner Oni than the rest of the difficulties
Make sure all the preview points are the same
(I agree 3 lead-in seconds is too much)
I guess for taiko the background is ok but it looks very odd for osu, more than half the screen is black

Why are u using a Taiko type of BG for the whole map?
Not a problem, but for future beatmaps you may want to put your SB elements into a folder.

[General]
Taiko-Oni, Taiko Inner-Oni, Muzukashii, Insane have preview time at 54815 and Normal +, Easy have preview time at 55066 make sure your preview times are the same across all difficulties.
Pure white combo color can hurt the eyes, specially if it has kiai included, please change.

Use a different BG on the non Taiko diffs? The black space looks odd.
White combe colours look horrible during kiai, make a light grey or pale orange which I think would fit better.

Easy
The 1/2 repeating sliders often don't fit the music that well, go though and make sure it's all following something prominent in the music

Normal+
Pluses on diff names look ugly and are pointless. Call it a Normal or a Hard.
Again, the 1/2 sometimes isn't following anything in the music

Insane
Drain -1? The slow parts are very hard to beat.
There is practically no prominent 1/4 in the song apart from occasional drums so most of the triplets, streams and repeating sliders play awkwardly. Get rid of the ones that don't follow anything in the music.
01:36:981 (6,7,8,9) - Zomg mindfuck. The 3 looks like part of a five beat stream here.
01:47:148 (2) - Delete this.

Pretty good map.

The low volume part from 01:48:481 onwards plays ankwardly. It works with sliders like in Normal+, but not with notes.

Muzukashii는 타이코수입니다. 태고Authentic임. Tatsujin은 아마 변속때문에 그런거 같은데 그거 변속 리피형이 직접 해주셔서 자세히는 잘 모르겠어요;

@minyeob : 태고는 상관 없습니다. 어차피 이거 엄밀하게 따지면 노트 속도가 몇번 변하더라...
어쨌든 그 슬라이더 속도는 스탠다드였으면 특별한 이유 없으면 언랭 사유일테지만.

-Not a technical difficulty, but I really don't like the storyboarded sounds that happen in between the sliders. This is rankable, but I just say I highly disapprove of it. Won't force you to change this.
-Some orzness in the New Combo placings, but I won't point those out since they apparently look fine (not to me though, lol, but I'll let it pass)

00:55:148 [w.png] - I really think that the flashes here are too quick. If you want to keep them, please extend their fade out time to be at least 1/1 long, because they are just plain annoying. In terms of rankability this isn't a problem, but this is seriously annoying. I will not let this pass; I am forcing you to change this.
EDIT: The repeated flashes in 01:15:231 and 02:19:231 is even more annoying and I say remove them please. Damn. You are making a wonderful song have really annoying visuals.
EDIT2: I seriously think things would be much better if you didn't storyboard the white in :/

- First of all, why are you using a background when you're covering it with a slightly different version of the same image for the whole map? Just make a background with the image at the bottom like you're doing with the storyboard and use that one.
- There's an additional code on every .osu file that adds yet another background to the storyboard, increasing the SB Load to 3x. This is totally unnecessary, so you should delete this code. (Not to mention the weird bug that it appears as "Taik" on the editor and it doesn't have any extension on the code http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/45890).
- Remove the unnecessary transparency around every lyrics line, please.

Besides this, there are 4 Insanes in this map. Muzukashii would pass as a Hard, but there are still 3 pure insane maps, so you should consider about removing one of them...

Popping for now =(

Some authentic map has severly high speed of notes, like 4.0x, or even 6.0x. I can implement them by using inherited sections, but I'm not sure that over x0.5~x2.0 is technically allowed for ranked map. If someone confirm that thing is allowed or not, I'll fix it or leave it as current state.
As I know, that 'prohibition of non-inherited BPM to adjust SV' is due to slider tick issue. But in Taiko, ticks of drumroll never appears denser than certain point, so that's not the problem. And there are already ranked Taiko map using BPM change to change note speed after that rule gets effect.

EDIT:
That three 'I' rule is quite stupid to force to this mapset. If the mapper excludes 'Insane', lots of expert player of osu would be disatisfied. If the mapper exclude 'Inner Oni' of Taiko, there's no meaning to map this one cause, this song Angel Dream is so popular among Taiko no Tatsujin players because it has dramatic note speed change. If the mapper exclude 'Oni' of Taiko, that disatisfy lots of Taiko player cause Inner Oni is quite hard for most of the players. This mapset has Easy, Normal, Hard, Insane for osu standard players and there's one more option for Taiko players to please them, that's all.
I thought that three 'I' rule was almost obsolete for Taiko maps cause nobody cares that these days, but that action makes me quite sad, huh.
(Yeah, yeah, I really hate mapsets filled with stupidly hard maps, but I don't think this is the case.)

EDIT2:
The mapper excluded Futsuu & Kurouto notes for Inner Oni of Taiko maps. Only Tatsujin notes are included in this mapset, due to limited number of difficulties and awaring of that three 'I' rule.

EDIT3:
그리고 버블받기 전에는 항상 변속이 잘 작동하는지 확인해주세요. 가끔 노트 스냅 시켰을 때 1ms씩 어긋나는 것 때문에 변속이 망하는 수가 있습니다.
