oh I wasn't talking about the snapping for this part, your 1/3 snap is correct
I meant you might have to add a red line with these settings:

(3/4 time signature instead of the usual 4/4). makes much more sense wit the snares etc. right now you have snares.

01:48:214 - this gap in rhythm is rly unintuitive. please fix this by stacking 3 or making 2 into a slider.
00:10:881 (3,4,5,6,1) - maybe make the curve more clean
00:58:881 (4) - this is the only slider shaped this way, maybe make it more standard for consistency?
