  • well... i don't really mind the normal like this (it's ez lol) but in here i pretend to be a beginner. and after playing this diff for a long time i've found many umcomfortable, please make the patterns like this :
    - Kicks : single
    - Snares : double
    - Hihats : single or maybe u don't want to put any of it
    - Crashes : double
    - Another instruments : single LN or normal note

Heya

While I do think this mapset is a still lackluster, it has some nice ideas and I think it has potential. I will mostly focus on the Termiate diff with this mod.

I will say about the Normal diff that it was very dull, even for a easier map. Too much repetition, try to just randomize the patterns more since on an easier diff it doesn't need to make that much sense. Especially in the later half of the song. Also, make the first double note atleast a long note lasting till the rest of the mapping starts.

Now for the real stuff

I feel like there is so much I want to micro-manage here so I will just give some outlines on how I personally would make changes in the map.

Timings

First of all, your offset is set a bit late. (Both diffs) It should be 4735. Probably just a remenant of changing the songs BPM. This needs to change.

The next ones are not necessary but I feel they improve the songs feel.

00:09:110 - Add an uninherited timing point for 1,15x slider velocity (speed)
00:42:928 - And another one here for 1,30x speed

It felt offputting to play the slow and the fast parts at the same speed so I think this will make the speed changing more coherent.
Also, add some Kiai time-points for choruses or the solos.

Mapping

Now that I've said that your Normal diff needs more "randomness", I think that this difficulty has too much of it, or atleast is lacking any patterns.

Best example here would be the chorus jumstreams. They dont seem to have any logic behind them. I can sense a very faint pattern in them but mostly its just random. What I think would be good to fix this, would be to do patterns like you did at 02:14:007 - and even that had no rhyme or reason to it. But it had a pattern of sorts, and that pattern vaguely changed to the music. Or like the ones you did even later into the song. -Clear patterns-
I'm not saying this is the way to go, but I'm saying that variations of this will make the map easier to read and less awkward and random.

The next thing I want to touch on is your use of constant quads and mini-jacks. While I think they fit the song okay, your use can make some very uncomfortable patterns to happen. An example at 01:36:371 -. Everything here is mapped correctly to the beat, with corresponding intensity imo, it still is very uncomfortable to play. I would suggest making the patters vary with some thing like this.

The last thing I want to mention is consistency. Prime example would be the chorus. Mostly you make the jacks/streams jumps, sometimes randomly you spice it up with hands and at the end you replace them with singles, while the volume, intensity and sound remains the same. And then there is this. :o '
I'm not saying here every part should be the same on repeat, but I am saying that some consistency/patterning would make the map better.

I hope you pick out the parts here that you think wil make your map better and take it with you going forward. Good luck.

There is a lot of "roll" in your early pattern, i think it would be better if you can make them more mess.

Also some ghost note like 00:19:474 (19474|1) - should be deleted.

The biggest problem what i saw was overusing jacks. For example 00:35:019 - you have a lot of place to put notes, so make it like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7075854 , it works on the other jacks as well.

01:00:519 (60519|1,60656|1,60792|1,60928|2,60928|3,61065|3,61065|2,61201|3,61201|2,61337|2,61337|3) - Also these are not necessary, make them more mess, works on the other patterns as well.

01:33:656 (93656|1,93792|2,93792|1,93928|1,93928|2,94065|2) - Ok in the last, let's turn back here. You should fix every single jack, which has over 2 notes in the same column, there's a lot of jacks in your map. Don't be lazy and fix them, or BN will tell you to fix them later. 8-)

    i think you should fix a lot with distinct patterns suited this diff.

Only looking at the top diff here. Let's get going, then.

00:43:474 (43474|2,43610|3,43747|3,43883|3) - Maybe move the last 3 notes to column 3, since they then follow the first note

00:45:110 (45110|1,45110|2) - So i think this is my biggest issue with the jack patterns you have, is that they don't always follow the first note. The sounds come in pairs of four, so it feels intuitive that these two notes would instead be on columns 3 and 4 to be the same as the notes that follow them.

00:45:656 (45656|2,45656|1) - Likewise, move a few of the notes here to be one column over so that the next four notes all have the same base.

This follows for all the jacks in the main chorus, as well as throughout the map I'd think. Make them more like 00:49:474 (49474|0,49474|1) - this, where they're the same as the first note.

In my opinion, having jacks structured that way makes playing them feel a bit better.

01:02:019 (62019|3,62156|0,62292|1,62428|0) - So this is cool, no jacks here cause the player gets a bit of a break, but then you have 01:06:383 (66383|1,66519|1,66656|1,66792|1) - this just a bit later which does have jacks. I understand that the notes are more intense here, but I'd still recommend you stay consistent in the patterning.

01:10:747 (70747|2,70747|1,70747|0,70883|2,70883|3,71019|0,71019|3,71156|0,71156|1) - Here, should you have the 1/8 LNs that you had last time? It's the same sound I think...

01:36:383 (96383|2,96928|3) - What do these long notes represent? If they map the melody, then there's places where they should be 1/2 and split up. Also, why don't they continue into 01:45:110 (105110|2) - this section?

02:10:747 (130747|0) - 1/2 LN?

02:13:474 (133474|3) - The SV here is good. Technically the slowdown and the speedup should average to 1.0x, which this doesn't, but the slowdown is long enough that the player can react. I think it's ok. Not really a criticism or anything, just wanted to say that I guess. @.@

Ok I'm gonna point something on this map since I didn't much help before this map posted. First is having 2 hard diff's really necessary? Well might suggest if you make the other one to Hard+. Second, the SR gap, after the Hard(which is 2.7) then the last diff is 4*+, why there's no 3*?? Dunno if it's an issue but I feel that you need another diff that will reach 3.5+ up(well that's only my opinion).
