They were still somewhat sticky and tasted good, though not as sticky as I would have liked. Probably due to the way they were cooked, since it's hard to cook soybeans by boiling, or the temperature they were fermented at, which I didn't regulate closely. I think I let them ferment for about 20 hours, and they sat in the fridge for about as long.
