My mods are heavily based on the relation of the notes to the music, feel free to deny everything if your mapping style doesn't follow my style of modding!
d - Small don (red note)
D - Big don (red note with a finish)
k - Small kat (blue note)
K - Big kat (blue note with a finish)
Black means something that I think needs changed
Orange is just a suggestion
Blue is a comment
[Kantan]
You have a LOT of finishes in this diff. While I do understand that there's a lot of crashing, booming and banging going on in this song, having every other note/long strings of finishes feels really odd to play and they should be mainly reserved for emphasizing certain parts in the music (Like 00:50:452 (69) - here. That would be a good place for a finish that doesn't have one!), and that effect is lost when the map is a good 70% finishers.
With that said..
00:14:291 (17) - Remove the finish on this note and change it to a k, it seems to me that you are following the synth here more than the crashes or FX, and the synth hits a really high pitch here, and it would contrast well with the next note
00:15:095 (18,19,20,21,22) - Remove the finishes on these notes, you can still follow the synth without following the crashes
00:19:113 (23) - Remove this note, you don't seem to have any breaks in this Kantan and this would be an appropriate place for one since the synth here is a held note from 00:18:309 (22) -
00:23:934 (31,32,33) - Remove the finishes on these notes. Keeping them in ruins the emphasis that 00:23:131 (30) - gets from the finish and makes the transition into the kiai feel a lot less powerful than it could be
00:27:148 (35) - Change this to a k? The synth here pretty much peaks and the notes after it, to me, seem lower in tone
00:31:970 (41) - Delete this note to give the player a short break, since there hasn't been any since the last one suggested and the synth here also falls on a held note so it doesn't feel out of place to have a rest
00:33:577 (44,45,46,47) - Remove the finishes on these notes, they take the emphasis away from the note with a finish at 00:35:988 (49) - and they also land on synth, not just the FX
00:36:791 (50,51,52,53) - Same with these, remove the finishes so the last note in the kiai feels more powerful and the transition is more apparent
00:50:452 (69) - This would be a good place to add a finish!
00:51:256 (71) - Here too! This works well with the previous suggestion if you give it a try in the editor, the D dK feels really powerful to play!
00:52:059 (72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79) - Remove the finish on all these notes, they can follow the synth without following the crashes or FX and it still feels and sounds fine to play
00:57:684 (80) - Delete this note for another break, it lands on a held note and there hasn't been a break since the kiai
00:58:220 (81,82) - Remove the finish from this and ctrl+g it so that it follows the synth better, the synth here goes from low to high and d k better follows that flow
01:00:898 (85) - Change this to a k so that it better matches the high pitch that the synth hits here
00:59:291 (83,84,85) - Also, remove the finishes from these notes! The note at 01:01:702 (86) - doesn't feel as powerful or emphasized as it could because of these, so if you remove them this note gets the emphasis it deserves!
01:14:023 (108) - This note feels really out of place and doesn't seem to be mapping anything in the music? If you move it to 01:13:488 - then it will land on a synth note and have good purpose
01:16:166 (111,112) - Change these to a k's so that they match the pitch of the synth climbing and peaking (Also makes a neat ddkkk pattern!)
01:20:988 (118) - This doesn't need a finish, it's the same background synth as the notes around it and doesn't warrant the emphasis, please remove the finish!
01:25:809 (126,127,128,129,130,131,132) - This feels pretty harsh for a kantan, especially since they are all big notes. I don't feel that a beginner would have the co-ordination to hit all of these as intended so I think you should first, change 01:26:345 (128) - to a d to keep it as d d d d d k since that is a simple enough pattern, then remove all the finishers on 01:25:809 (126,127,128,129,130,131) - these notes so that only the last has the finish. There is lots of room in the other difficulties to have the D D K D D D K, but I feel like this one doesn't need it.
01:29:827 (135) - Change to a k since the synth here peaks pretty high!
01:42:684 (153) - Add a finish to this note since the volume and tone of the music changes pretty harshly here
01:43:488 (154,155,156,157,158,159,160,161,162) - These don't need finishes on them, the notes play and sound fine without them and the emphasis isn't really needed
01:49:113 (161) - Delete this note, there hasn't been a break in quite a while and the next section is pretty intense so beginners might need the small break to prepare!
01:54:738 (173) - Add a finish to this note, it would map the shattering sound pretty well and the emphasis would feel great!
[Futsuu]
00:23:131 (13) - Add a finish here, this note would benifit greatly from the emphasis!
00:23:934 (16) - Remove the finish on this note, it doesn't really stand out enough on its own to require a finish
00:26:077 (23,24,25) - ddK, ddD, kkK or kkD are bad ideas, they look ugly and feel bad to play so I suggest removing the finish at 00:26:345 (25) - or deleting 00:26:211 (24) - to make this viable again
00:57:684 (113,114,115,116) - Remove the finishes on these notes, they don't all need the emphasis here
00:58:220 (115) - Change this one to a d, the synth here is increasing and it would contrast nicely with the note after being a k
01:01:702 (125) - Please remove finish, as stated above triplets with finishes at the end do not play well
01:02:506 (128) - Same here, ddD does not play comfortably. Remove finish
01:03:309 (131) - Same here, please remove the finish
01:04:648 (134,135,136) - kkD is a bad idea as stated earlier, please remove the finish here 01:04:916 (136) -
01:06:791 (141,142,143,144,145,146) - You don't need these finishes, remove them. You are following the piano here and the emphasis isn't needed
01:08:666 (147) - Change this to a d, the synth here is lower than the note previous to it
01:10:006 (151) - Move this note to 01:09:470 - . Currently that gap is empty and it has a very prominent beat there, and the note you are moving is currently not mapping anything in particular in the song so it makes sense to move it
01:13:488 (162,163,164,165) - These notes do not need finishes, you are following the piano pitch here and the piano is quiet
01:15:363 (168,169,170) - These don't need finishes either, the synth isn't doing anything that would warrant them
01:16:970 (172) - Remove the finish on this and change it to a k, the synth peaks here but the finish should be reserved to emphasize the start of the kiai which is very near by
01:19:381 (179,180,181,182,183) - No need for these notes to have finishes either, the piano is a soft sound and doesn't warrant the harshness of a finish
01:21:523 (185,186) - Ctrl+g these notes, the synth increases in pitch instead of decreasing and the dk will follow this closer
01:26:345 (199,200,202) - Change these notes to D's, the tone of the piano hits doesn't change at all during this part and this seems like a bit much of a jump from the Kantan as it stands
01:51:791 (268) - Delete this note, the pattern is a bit too long as it currently stands and especially with all the finishes you have makes it a bit too complicated for a futsuu.
01:52:327 (270) - Remove the finish on this note, I don't see why this note has one if any of the ones around it doesn't?
01:53:934 (276) - Remove the finish on this or remove 01:53:800 (275) - so that it doesn't follow the same problem as above
01:54:604 (278) - Delete this and add a finish to 01:54:738 (279) - . The note at 1:54 could benefit greatly from a finish due to the glass shattering noise and landing on a harsh transition point in the music
I'll finish the rest of the mod tomorrow as it is now midnight here and I need to sleep, please no kds until I have finished it as I don't feel I deserve them unless I complete the mod. Thank you.

[Muzukashii]
Now that I look back over my first part of the mod I really wish I had brought up the spread between the muzu and the futsuu If you want to go over it with me in PM please feel free to message me but I will continue modding each individual difficulty on its own for now. Again, my apologies
Please fix the SV of this difficulty, it is 1.96 currently which leads me to believe you've opened AI mod at some point. To fix this, go into the .osu file and change Slidermultiplier to 1.4 and save it.
00:14:157 (52) - Delete this note. The density change from the futsuu to here is pretty big and having 8 5-note patterns one after another is pretty overkill for a muzukashii. Also, in deleting it, the finish at 00:14:291 (53) - isn't so awkward to play and won't be a hassle for people just getting into the swing of harder maps!
00:14:961 (57) - Delete this note for the same reason as above
00:15:764 (62) - This one too
00:16:568 (67) - Kill this one also
00:17:372 (72) - Delete it
00:19:782 (86) - Murder it
00:22:863 (92,93) - Remove the finish on one of these notes so that the other one can benefit from the emphasis instead of both of them. (I'd personally suggest to remove the one on 00:23:131 (93) - )
00:23:934 (97) - This doesn't need a finish, it doesn't warrant the emphasis, please remove the finish
00:24:738 (102) - I can understand why the finish was added on this one but I'd suggest to remove it so that it is consistent with the two notes after it which are the same sound in the music, but don't have finishes.
00:25:876 (108,111) - Delete one of these notes, a ddd ddd is a bit too much for a muzukashii as this is the difficulty where you are beginning to introduce 1/4 triplets and patterns so you don't want to overwhelm the player straight away. It's also 224bpm and ddd ddd is hard enough to hit at that bpm already!
00:35:720 (150) - Remove the finish on this note and add one to 00:35:988 (151) - since 00:35:988 (151) - is the note where the section change lands on, the emphasis is more important for this note than it is on the one before it
00:39:001 (169) - Delete this note for the same reason as earlier, two 1/4 triplets at this BPM next to each other is a bit too difficult for a muzukashii
00:50:452 (211) - Add a finish here! This note feels great to play on both keys as there is a heavy bass kick in the music here
00:51:657 (217,219) - Delete these two notes, this little section here is pretty hard to play for a muzu difficulty (It requires a hand switch if you can't singletap 224BPM and I doubt many people at muzukashii level have learned this yet)
00:58:756 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - None of these notes need finishes please remove the finishes on them, there's nothing spectacular enough happening in the music to warrant all of them needing the emphasis
01:01:434 (14) - This doesn't need a finish either, playing KkD is very awkward even at higher levels and where this note lands in the music there's nothing to suggest needing a finish here
01:04:782 (32) - The notes around this make the pattern very difficult, but if you remove this note then there is a small break made between the 1/4 ddd and the finish which is enough time for the player to prepare themselves to hit the finish
01:11:077 (61,62,63,64) - I suggest either removing the triplet here (by deleting 01:11:144 (62) - ) or removing the finish on 01:11:345 (64) - because as it stands, ddd K is very awkward to hit at this speed
01:13:488 (72,73,74) - Remove the finish on these notes and delete 01:14:425 (76) - . The finishes on the first bunch of notes take away the emphasis from the note at 01:14:559 (77) - and that is a prominent beat in the music, and deleting 01:14:425 (76) - will make it so that you don't have a strange ddK pattern here and will make this section flow a bit better
01:19:648 (102,103,104,105,106,107) - I don't feel like these notes need the finish on them either since they are following the tone of the piano here so I suggest you remove them
01:22:595 (113) - Same with this note, there's nothing extraordinary in the music that calls for a finish to be placed here so I suggest removing it
01:23:398 (117) - Here also, please remove the finish
01:43:287 (174) - Please delete this note for the same reason mentioned last time this pattern came up, it forces an awkward hand switch in a player that is only just getting used to 1/4 patterns and there is a finish right after so there would be no time for them to recover
01:48:309 (188) - Dkk is a bad idea in this difficulty, plus the finish isn't placed on anything that warrants it in the music so I suggest removing the finish
[Oni]
00:04:849 (16,17) - Change these to k's, the piano is a pretty high pitch here and the k sound is better suited to these pitches
00:38:666 (207) - You should make this a triplet, you had it as two triplets in the muzukashii so I don't see why you made it easier in the Oni?
00:38:934 (208) - Same with this, make this a triplet also
00:47:773 (242) - Change this to a k, it would better follow the pitch that the violin is setting here
00:59:291 (320,321,322,323,324,325,326,327,328) - Wow that's an evil pattern right there
01:00:095 (329,330) - Ctrl+g these two notes, the pitches in the music go from lower to higher where these notes land so it would map this appropriately
01:06:791 (366,367,368,369) - Same as in other difficulties, I don't feel like these notes need the finishes on them since they are just following the piano in the background
01:08:398 (375,376) - Change these to k's, they are snare hits on the drum and that's what the k is best suited to map
01:09:202 (380,381) - These too, change these two to k's, 01:09:738 (382) - this to a d and 01:10:006 (383) - to a k so you properly follow the drum here!
01:10:273 (384,387) - Change these to k's as well for the same reason!
01:19:648 (444,445,446,447,448) - Same as last time, remove the finishers as they are just following the piano background and nothing that needs the emphasis
01:39:202 (548) - Change this note to a k to follow the violin pitch here!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand finished! This took me a little while and I am sorry that I took a break in the middle I hope my mod helps in some way and best of luck in ranking this!
Thank you.
