[duplicate] Downgrade map

Well yea, the subject says it all
i want an option where i can redo the update (so basically downgrade) the map
I was so many times dissapointed when i updated the map that the map actually became easier, too hard.. etc


quick search did not pop up anything, so i hope..

The bigger kind of thing here would be that osu! would need to have version control support for maps, such as git. Then one could download previous versions of an .osu file, or possibly older .osz packages (though that could come a sligjht issue if the older versions contained inappropriate backgrounds or something). Version control as a form of backup is not a bad idea, and can promote experimentation.

Pros: As a mapper, I sometimes accidentally update my WIP/Pending maps. This can help.
Cons: Aside from practicing maps, why downgrade? It'll basically remove its loved/ranked/approved/qualified status if it had one.
