Technicalities, mostly.

Overall:
ALL OFFSETS MUST BE THE SAME. :D.
Any reason Hard has smaller hitcircles than Hard+?
End Kiai time on Hard+

Normal:
Probably have the slowdowns less significant. 0.5 might mess up a normal mode player~.

Easy:
00:48:931 (3) - (1) kinda obstructs the slider start enough for an easy player to get confused. Also, get (2) off the slider. It looks silly :D~.
01:51:700 (6) - Fix the sliderpoints so that both repeats are facing the correct way~.
02:12:007 (1,1) - Combine these two for easiness ;D.
02:32:316 (3) - Same as I said earlier

Overall, cool map, and cool song :D~.

Also mp3 is 320 kbps, re-encode to 192 kbps please

This map needs some detailed modding imo...and not just from me

I don't think the current offset is quite right...but it doesn't matter because you are changing mp3
Start kiai time at 02:15:700 on every difficulty, end it at 02:45:238 on every difficulty
Hard having smaller circles than Hard+ makes very little sense to me

Easy:
For the easiest difficulty AR/HP -1?
00:39:700 (1) - might want to go through and make stuff like 00:34:161 (3) , 00:39:700 (1) symmetrical to make it look nicer (not going to list them all but up to you)
00:47:084 (1,2,3) - I agree with previous mod...looks bad
01:49:854 (5) - new combo (looks better imo)
01:57:238 (5) - ^
02:04:623 (5) - ^
02:12:007 (1,1) - I agree make this 1
02:26:777 (5,1) - switch new combo to stay with pattern
02:30:469 (1,2,3) - same as before
What happened to the hitsounds after the break?? Add some

Normal+:
Map feels very empty hitsound wise (same for the rest of the difficulties)
01:26:777 (7,8,1) - spaicng
01:52:623 (5,6,1) - spacing (distance snap isn't right 100%)

Hard:
Combos could use some work...for example why does 02:20:777 (1) have a new combo but the sections around it don't. Try and make all your combos follow a pattern

00:39:469 (8,1) - spacing
00:42:469 (9,1) - don't have anti jumps if possible
01:46:161 (1,2,3,4) - no reason to have spacing so small?
01:53:546 (1,2,3,4) - ^

Hard+:
Turn up volume on all timing sections (especially beginning) it doesn't need to be so quiet
00:52:633 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - spacing
01:56:556 (7,8,1) - ^

Ok that is enough for now...but I think this map needs more work before a rebubble

with the lack of batch moving inherited sections function, asking the mapper to recompress the mp3 is unreasonable (since it involves changing those inherited sections, also please don't come up with ideas like using excel), other than that i found no major problems.

if that function is back in the future, feel free to pop my bubble.

You can always -X ms to each section individually once you find the offset variation, even on the .osu file

just as i expected, but that needs way too much work, i just don't want to cause trouble for the mapper :o

and ranking criteria can be violated in certain occasions imo

Ranking Criteria can be violated if it makes the map better. Not when someone is too lazy to re-compress or find a new mp3 file.

320kbps makes the map better than 256kbps. I really don't understand this rule.

320kbps takes up too much space and the difference in quality for it compared to a 256kbps isn't worth it

Anyway even if you disagree with rule still needs to be changed~

i can generally re-encode something without altering the offset using a fraunhofer encoder

there is a reason why i handle audio related stuff you know.

Rules are great, because when we have rules, we don`t need to use brains
ask me to check everything when you finish to change mp3 and offset and blablabla stuffs

the mapset is pretty well made, i don`t get why it SHOULD HAVE many modding posts here
the best modder is always mapper him/herself
