Hi there!

When editing a map in the Editor mode, there is a way in the Timing and Control Points (F6) to change the offset to multiple timing points, but there is no such option for volume.

I would like to suggest this option for the editor. Changing multiple volume setting at the same time.
For example, I would like to apply -10% to every timing points, but whenever you highlight all the points and try to apply -10%, the value of each points will all be the same.

Thank you!

Yes please q_q doing it manually is so awful

you can change the volume setting of multiple timing points by multi-selecting the timing points and then changing the volume

yeah, but not if the value is originally different as shown in the pictures above.

Hm.
I think having an absolute adjustment is bad.
I mean, there's a difference between
going down by 10% on each section(50-10=40)
and
going down 10% of each volume's section (50 - 50/10 = 45).
The latter would make more sense to me as it keeps the original relations between the parts. And whenever I could imagine to use such a feature I would want to keep my volume-relations as they are.

What I want to implement with this feature is increasing/decreasing the volume of each timing points by 10%.
In the case of the first picture I posted on the first post, the first four timings points are 50%, 60%, 60% and 30%. What usually happens when you try to change the volume of every timing points, they will all go with the first timing point and change accordingly (which is the case in the second picture)
  1. 50% > 40%
  2. 60% > 40%
  3. 60% > 40%
  4. 30% > 40%
What I want it to do, is to decrease all of them by 10%:
  1. 50% > 40%
  2. 60% > 50%
  3. 60% > 50%
  4. 30% > 20%
hope that's clear enough D:

Yes...my point was though:

You probably had intentions behind your initial volumes. If you alter all of them by a flat percentage you might get unwanted results, for example reducing by 10%:
  1. 15% -> 5%
  2. 100% -> 90%
The former is a massive decrease which will be very notable in comparison while the latter won't really even though both were decreased by the same volume. The intention behind your initial volumes is lost due to how the change affects each section differently.
Hence I would propose a relative change instead:
  1. 50% > 45%
  2. 60% > 54%
  3. 60% > 54%
  4. 30% > 27%
Here you could use 20% reduction instead of 10% to get the following results:
  1. 50% > 40%
  2. 60% > 48%
  3. 60% > 48%
  4. 30% > 24%
I think it would be much better that way as it changes the hitsound volume overall without touching the relations between the volumes in different parts. Might also be handy to include both but I think the relative would be more significant.
