well first you should put spaces (Broom & Witches) and technically Broom and Witches would be more formal / better looking as a title of a difficulty.

this diff seems fine, all my suggestions were pretty much aesthetics. i like the pp triangles :^)
the only thing i could suggest would be to follow the drum lines that got ignored, but it seemed like you consistently followed the guitar over those. i think for a higher diff it makes sense to follow the more rhythmically intense instruments, but that's just preference.
