The thing here is: Instead of following "something" and spam wild 1/2 beat chords on 300 bpm you can follow, especially for the Insane, just the loud 1/8 sounds with chords. Don't worry about the kicks which get mapped with only one note. This is more than enough for them. There is no other sound than the kick so it fit well.
You may notice that some chords have a single note jack. like [14][13]. The sense behind them is that the 1/8 sound has just slightly a different pitch and with this you can emphasize this even more!
If you like this suggestion you can apply it for all these 1/2 chord parts in this part. Basically until here 00:43:193 - .
//As this kiai section suppose to be the hardest part of the whole diff, use double for the snare and the 1/8 burst should be ok (since use 1/4 for the 1/8 is just too stupid imo). I really suggest you to make it full 1/6. It's simply impossible to snap this complete correctly so i really suggest you this simplification. I suggested this already to some people in the past when i was BN because the snap would be weird af then. With complete 1/6 it follows the sound best on 100% but get more feedback about this part please.

All i can suggest you is here. Try it with less notes but a bit more complex pattern.

My opinion to the 2nd Kiai part is the same like before to the beginning. I think you have some pattern pretty overdone. 1/8 is fine but you have it simply too much together with all these chords.
I really suggest you to get way more feedback for these pattern and i don't say feedback only from mappers. Also from players on high ranking. You try to rank here a map in 4K which has a really really high SR. It's cool that you try it but these parts needs really really way more polishing!
