00:05:582 (2) - This note follows a really weak sound which is not even noticeable while playing and really weird to just have it there. I suggest you to remove and start your spinner here since this is the start of that melody anyway.
00:09:095 (1) - Now this is a weird slider again. It ends on a strong main beat and starts on almost nothing which cause this feeling. I suggest you to remove this slider and on place a circle to 00:09:241 just as on the Overdose. It sounds much better.
00:23:436 (2) - I would move this a bit back to right to avoid the really strong Hyper which makes it hard to handle the next 00:24:021 (4,5) "straight" pattern which is already harder to play due to your previous patterns. x136 for example works better.
00:42:387 (5,6) - This 1/8 Hyper makes me wonder.

01:01:480 (5,6,7,1) - This pattern might be too hard for this level. Actually my only problem is that the Hyper between (4,5) is really strong and makes the catcher hard to control and react to the next (6,7) pattern. I know you already made the distance lower but I think moving (5) to x352 where the Hyper still remains but requires less movement to catch the next two note plays much better.
01:14:587 (1,2,3,4) - These obviously sounds much better as 1/2 slider instead of ending them on blue tick. This part is actually the same as 01:19:247 (1,2,3,4) - , 01:42:548 (1,2,3,4) - where you used 1/2 sliders. If the player tries to follow the song he will jump earlier than he should which leads to a really annoying miss chain. And this pattern can easily cause disqualification actually.

[Overdose]

00:05:582 - How about adding a spinner here like on Rain?
00:15:241 (2,1,2,3,4,1) - This full screen pattern is a little bit tight after the hyperdash and easy to mistime one or two note during it. Moving (1,2,3,4) a bit back to left might help making the movement easier.
00:17:290 (1,2,3,4,5) - At this part because of the Hyper chain its really easy to overshot the third note. I actually only managed like 2 times from ten to stop in time. Try to make that curve a bit less sudden by for example moving (3) to x40 or x32.
00:25:192 (5) - This actually plays nice but sounds bad due the fact that there is a drum hit at both end of the slider. I suggest you to divide it into two circle and optionally add a Hyper between.
00:28:704 (4) - NC please to avoid stacking up this stream on the plate.
00:34:997 (1,2,3) - This is also a bit tight pattern. I think moving (1) to x80 and (2) to x216 helps a lot.
00:39:387 (7,1,2) - Same problem as before. Moving (7) to x64 and (2) to x336 might makes it easier.
00:57:095 (1,2,1) - I'm not sure about this Hyper at all. If only there was a strong beat where the stream starts.... I would go with a simple jump instead as there is nothing to highlight with a Hyper at this section.
01:26:820 (2,3) - The distance between these is a little bit high compared with (3,4) where its already much lower. I think moving (3,4) a bit left to x200 for example helps as you already have a Hyper at (4,5).
01:37:888 (5) - NC here to stay consistent with your previous ones and this slider follows a new "melody" as well anyway.
01:40:218 (1,2) - This might sounds much better as two 1/2 slider as you did that before a lot of times. Or even like these sounds better 01:02:937 (1,2).
01:51:869 (5) - New Combo here instead of 01:51:577 (1)? Plus 4 note to the previous combo is still only 12 fruit which not that much and this way you will stay consistent with your NC usage.
01:54:781 (5) - Put an NC on this one as this slider has 15 repeats which is already 15 fruit on the plate and 8 more from the previous 1/4 sliders.

Really nice difficulty to be honest. Too bad that my limit is 9.2. :c

I didn't look at the Std diffs in much detail, but just a couple of things I wanted to point out "at a glance":

01:05:267 (3) - in BasiC. and 01:40:801 (3) - in ExhausT. - slidertails/repeats touch the screen border in 4:3 resolution, please move these right/up respectively to avoid this
00:05:729 (1) - In all diffs - I feel it would be nice to slowly increase the volume over the spinner duration, since the sound is increasing here

Rain

00:12:314 (6) - Snare drum sound extends to the 1/4 tick 00:12:534 - please make a 3/4 slider with hdash here, since a 1/4 jump at such high BPM would be very awkward in this scenario
00:17:290 (1,2,3,4) - Why are the tails emphasized with hitsounds but not the heads? If you want to follow an offbeat rhythm that's fine, but follow it properly by making the slider heads emphasized instead of the tails. Remove (4), move (1,2,3) forward 1/2 to 00:17:436 - and add circles in the remaining beats. Strong spacigns should be to 00:17:436 (2) and 00:18:460 (1) - alternatively, follow an on-beat rhythm, and put hitsounds on the slider heads
00:23:729 - Strong hyper with antiflow followed by strong dash makes it easy to miss (4). Try putting (3) at x-392
00:26:948 (2,3,4) - These should be mapped to 1/3 for following the scratch, similar to 00:27:534 (2,3,4) -

01:01:407 (4,5,6) - Excessively strong hdash combined with antiflow is a little uncomfortable to play here, and this is followed up by snappy flowstop patterns at 01:01:699 (7,1,2) - reducing some of the hyper strengths a little here would improve flow and reduce annoying misses
01:32:936 (3,4) - Really threw me not to have a hyper here, very hard to read this as a strong normal dash after the previous patterns, and considering the pitch and intensity are still increasing here, a hdash would fit nicely
01:54:199 (1,2) - Swapping these for circles with more movement and direction changes would emphasize the strong drum rhythm and relieve the monotony of 01:52:451 (1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) being all very similar shaped 1/2 sliders

Overdose

00:41:875 (1,2,3) - Strong hdash leading into a flowstop is uncomfortable to play for me, I'd move (1) to around x-360 or so so it's less awkward to time properly

01:14:005 (3,4,5,6) - The music is so intense here, I would definitely prefer more spacing on these, regular dashes between all and keeping the hdash to 01:14:441 (6,1) with a zig-zag pattern would work
01:18:082 (1,2,3,4 - This pattern is really mean since you combine antiflow hypers of different strength AND different snap (1/2 and 1/4), I always find myself falling out of (3) since I'm not expecting the 3/4 length, and/or overshooting (4) because the hyper is so strong there into total antiflow. Bringing (2,4) to the left, around x-292, keeps the snappy flow and intense emphasis but plays much better imo
01:54:635 (4,1,1) - I'd prefer if this was reduced a bit since it's really easy to overshoot here and although it's the climax to the song, I don't really feel like it's that intense. 01:54:781 (1) at x-408 feels better for me

If the player tries to follow the song he will jump earlier than he should which leads to a really annoying miss chain. 00:54:461 (4) - It feels weird to carry on the same pattern as 00:53:582 (1,2,3) - when this is mapping an entirely different sound. A direction change e.g. make (4) a copy of (2) would feel more interesting here that's really nice
01:01:407 (4,5,6) - Excessively strong hdash combined with antiflow is a little uncomfortable to play here, and this is followed up by snappy flowstop patterns at 01:01:699 (7,1,2) - reducing some of the hyper strengths a little here would improve flow and reduce annoying misses changed patterns here
01:32:936 (3,4) - Really threw me not to have a hyper here, very hard to read this as a strong normal dash after the previous patterns, and considering the pitch and intensity are still increasing here, a hdash would fit nicely my fault, fixed
01:54:199 (1,2) - Swapping these for circles with more movement and direction changes would emphasize the strong drum rhythm and relieve the monotony of 01:52:451 (1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) being all very similar shaped 1/2 sliders right, I changed all of them to circles, hope this change won't cause more problems

the full white being used in kiai causes really harsh strobing on a lot of monitor setups which is really unpleasant to play with. you can just just avoid the entire thing by colorhaxing diffs to not use white during kiai and keep the combocolor though.

I think both your suggestion and current rhythm are okay for this kind of situation. Not gonna lie but before I even started to map this song, the rhythm like the current one (1/1 slider -> note -> 1/4 slider with a reverse) is the main reason why I feel like I should map this. Thus I'd say that's what I got from the music, and it makes sense while playing. I hope you understand!
