01:22:261 (1): Spinner comes way too soon afterward. Maybe get rid of the circle and move the spinner up.

Stage 1:
00:05:729 (2): Maybe move the endpoint to the left slightly and make the whole thing symmetrical?
00:29:995 (1): Would look better with a curve of some sort.

Stage 2 (Just saw your post about remapping it, but I wrote this beforehand, so might as well include it):
00:05:263 (1): Get rid of the new combo on this and apply it to the slider right afterward instead.
00:29:062 (3,4,1): This rapid part seems a bit too much for a Normal difficulty, and doesn't mesh with the rest of the map's overall pace.

Compared to the CS on the other Extra this is way too big o.o I recommend lowering the CS to at least 4. Such a big CS adds negatively to the gameplay because it can irritate the player which makes the elements not properly readable with how fast they appear.

Spacing:

00:08:403 (5,1) - 00:08:986 (3,4) - The spacing here between those is pretty similar. The spacing between 00:08:986 (3,4) - should be larger because they are rhytmically and gameplay wise completely different. 00:09:686 (2,3) - Well 00:08:986 (3,4,1,2,3) - so many spacing changes in such a short time can be hard to read. Definitely recommend to fix this. You can't use the same spacing between them 00:09:686 (2,3,4,5) - when the gameplay is completely different. I think I'll have to point this out a lot in this difficulty. Try to adjust it to reasonable spacing. I'd recommend placement like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6085523 The jumps would make more sense. I placed 00:08:986 (3,1) - to where 00:08:986 (3) - is and stacked 00:09:219 (4,2,3) - Keep such things in mind for future mapping. Such spacing changes don't add to the gameplay and only look messy. Definitely needs more work in regards to spacing consistency and reasonable spacing changes in the Extra difficulties. Most of the difficulties flow nicely and have consistent combo patterns. The hitsounding is really nicely done.

Compared to the CS on the other Extra this is way too big o.o I recommend lowering the CS to at least 4. Such a big CS adds negatively to the gameplay because it can irritate the player which makes the elements not properly readable with how fast they appear.
There are a few reasons I want to use large CS. Most maps in osu with difficulty hard~extra uses cs 4. I think lack of variety is rather boring. Even when players use different cs, they tend to move toward smaller cs (4.2 and 5.0 being most popular).
Of course, there’s probably a reason that cs4 is the most popular cs. Maybe it just looks nicer, or maybe it’s a good balance between reliability and aimability. So I think it makes sense for hard diff to have cs 4, and maybe insane shouldn’t stray too far from cs 4 (cs 3.5~4.5 might be reasonable). However, I don’t think this should be an issue for an extra diff.
As for readability concern and irritating players. I don’t think this is a big issue here because I intentionally arranged the notes in a way that there aren’t too many stacks/overlaps. The notes that are stacked/overlapped are, imo, done in a way that is consistent and obvious. Even if it’s bit more challenging than typical cs 4 map… I don’t think extra challenge is bad considering this is the highest diff.
I took a lot of hint from pishi’s large cs maps when I mapped this diff. This is first time I map at this CS, so I may not considered everything thoroughly. If anyone has any specifics they want to point out, I’d be happy to consider a change :3
Lastly CS spread issue… While I prefer to keep the current CS, I’d be willing to increase it if ora feels safer with that (since it’s his set, I don’t want my GD to be a burden xP). But I based on other maps I’ve seen, I don’t think gradual CS change is really a thing above insane :p

Spacing:
00:08:403 (5,1) - 00:08:986 (3,4) - The spacing here between those is pretty similar. The spacing between 00:08:986 (3,4) - should be larger because they are rhytmically and gameplay wise completely different. 00:09:686 (2,3) - Well 00:08:986 (3,4,1,2,3) - so many spacing changes in such a short time can be hard to read. Definitely recommend to fix this. You can't use the same spacing between them 00:09:686 (2,3,4,5) - when the gameplay is completely different. I think I'll have to point this out a lot in this difficulty. Try to adjust it to reasonable spacing. I'd recommend placement like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6085523 The jumps would make more sense. I placed 00:08:986 (3,1) - to where 00:08:986 (3) - is and stacked 00:09:219 (4,2,3) - Keep such things in mind for future mapping. Such spacing changes don't add to the gameplay and only look messy. Also try to adjust it for any other spacing changes like these 00:11:319 (1,2,3,4,5) - 00:12:719 (3,4,1,2) - 00:56:118 (1,2,3) - 00:57:985 (1,2,3) -
I don’t think this spacing is confusing. The distance between 00:08:403 (5,1) - is ~177 pixels, while it is 255 between 00:08:986 (3,4) - . I think large enough difference, especially considering that spacing between 00:08:519 (1,2,3) - are all smaller than 177. But but sure, moved 00:09:219 (4) - bit farther to make it clearer :3

As for 00:08:986 (3,4,1,2,3) - I think what I’ve done is little unconventional, but it makes sense.
Two most common methods people use to distinguish 1/1 from 1/2 are large spacing and stack/antijumps, right? 00:08:986 (3,4) - has large spacing, and 00:09:219 (4,1) - are stacked because I think it’s better for structuring than having 2 large spacing. Also, by the time the player moves onto click 00:09:919 (3) - , his/her vision should be settled onto the bottom right side of the screen, so I think it’s not very difficult to distinguish it’s 1/1 rhythm at 00:09:686 (2,3) - by looking at the approach circle. I could easily fix this by stacking 00:09:686 (2,3) - , or back-and forth + stack as you suggested, but first option doesn’t seem as interesting, and second one… works well but I just like mine better xD The transiton at 00:09:919 (3,4) - has different rhythm, but I think 1/2 slider at 00:09:919 (3) - helps distinguish change of rhythm. Of course, they are very close together, so at this level, I think player should be able to look at approach circle as well…
Finally, to make things even more intuitive, I’ve used more or less same spacing logic throughout 00:03:853 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1) - . Maybe it’s still challenging, but I think amount of challenge is very reasonable for the target player.

Combo:
00:17:386 (4,5) - In addition to the stuff i said above: These kinda of pattern that have a jump 00:17:269 (3,4) - after clearly discernible spacing like here 00:16:919 (1,2,3) - need a NC to indicate such a jump. This is really important for players to read the jumps more easily. You can use NC to indicate hardly discernible jumps that are uncommon from your usual spacing and SV changes. I highly recommend to add them at 00:15:519 (4) - 00:17:386 (4) - 00:19:252 (4) - 00:21:119 (4) - (you dont need one here because it easier to read and the spacing is somewhat consistent 00:22:752 (3,4,5) - ) 00:24:852 (4) - 00:26:719 (4) - 00:28:585 (4) -
That's gonna take away the follow point, that's why I didn't want to add a NC there. But ok, I don't have strong opinion on this xD

I really like your mod, I think everything was very reasonable and nicely explained, even though I happened to disagree with most of them. Still it gave me a chance to explain my logic. Based on what I other people think, I might change my mind in the future xD
One thing I wish you've done better was your overall: "Definitely needs more work in regards to spacing consistency and reasonable spacing changes in the Extra difficulties." You pointed out a single spacing issue in my extra (There were 5 instance of single thing being consistently done, which I think is a single issue). Then going on to say what you've said makes me confused and wonder whether there are numorous spacing issue lurking in my diff that you for some reason didn't point out :'( What you think is obvious may not obvious to me. So pls point out everything you think is an issue

I see your point on the issue of CS size bouncebabe (and it's reasonable/great idea), but I agree with caffe that it's not something that should be a necessity, and that especially Extra diffs should have that freedom.

I feel the CS Caffe went with in regards to the difficulty of the map is fitting.

I do think I will consider changing STAGE 3 to cs 3.5 just to be a little bit more consistent with that CS changes leading up to STAGE 4/5.

Even if it’s bit more challenging than typical cs 4 map… I don’t think extra challenge is bad considering this is the highest diff.
I took a lot of hint from pishi’s large cs maps when I mapped this diff. This is first time I map at this CS, so I may not considered everything thoroughly. If anyone has any specifics they want to point out, I’d be happy to consider a change :3
Lastly CS spread issue… While I prefer to keep the current CS, I’d be willing to increase it if ora feels safer with that (since it’s his set, I don’t want my GD to be a burden xP). But I based on other maps I’ve seen, I don’t think gradual CS change is really a thing above insane :p

Yeah I fully expect to have more people complain. TBH I feel that mapping nowadays is a lot more lenient for issues like this. I know I haven't been mapping for long (seriously at least) so you have better input than I do, but I look at maps such as Pishifat's Apocalyptica - Reign of Fear and a few others of his. His CS based on difficulty is usually pretty random imo, especially with his Extra difficulties.

As you see, his Apocalyptica map goes from CS4>CS4.5>CS3>CS5>CS6>CS4

I'm not saying I'm having my mapset like this just because somebody else did it too, but I think it's just about the mapper's preference on how they want the difficulty to to look like at the first stages of putting their map together. Then there are other people who plan out how they want the mapset to look like before they map anything. It's completely logical to have each diff increase in CS size, just as AR and OD does too, but I think there should be situations where a mapper can sneak past this issue (even if it's just personal preference)

Dropping my opinion passing by.

I guess the mapper should think more carefully about the usage of sliders such as 01:01:251 (1) - 01:02:884 (2) etc. As you might understand, that slider form is "not" something ordinary, but rather a special form. I can see the first one being used along the vocal "UH!!", but much less corresponding element in the music for the latter one. I'd like you to think twice about your slider designs. The key word here would be "consistency".

And to the real issue...

01:01:251 (1) - 01:04:984 (1) - 01:16:184 (1) - Technically, only the last slider is directly unrankable since the reverse arrow isn't facing the proper slider path. But well for the first two sliders... It only feels like an unnecessary attempt due to the lack of understanding of bezier sliders. Just in my opinion. Think what kind of effect you want to achieve by using such a setting.

00:11:319 (1) - Nerf this blanket, it's not really well done, try to work with the red anchor, and it will be easily done.
00:11:319 (1,3) - Move this pattern away, because there is some overleap here.
00:29:985 (1) - Give a shape to this slider, I think it could be so pretty nice if it got curved shape!
01:07:318 (1) - Move this slider to make a blanket with the note here → 01:06:851 (4) -

[NORMAL - STAGE 2]

00:07:586 (1,2) - In my opinion, you should reverse the shape of the second slider, because it's like it got broken with the previous one, I don't know if you got what I want to say.
00:32:785 (7) - Blanket with the next slider, try to move a bit the next slider, to make a perfect blanket with the next one
00:41:185 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - For me, this pattern is quite strange, it's like those notes could be placed so much better, the previous parts like this were better imo!

00:16:919 (3) - Curve it and move it a bit to the left so the flow ends being not so sharp here.

00:21:586 (4) - In my opinion, you should try something like what you did in next similar area (like 00:24:385 (3,4) - ), this slider feels weird because the base is so faint and the strong sound is in the tail, and the next being a long slider feels... underwhelming? try going for reverse 00:20:652 (3) - and note 00:20:652 (3) - to put emphasis on the strong beat. maybe something like?

(also next parts are ok, because for example this 00:29:052 (4) - , it has a stronger base sound like the example before, it has some kind of drum tremble so there's no need to change)

00:54:251 (3,4) - In my opinion you should curve this, while is not much of a big deal, 2 lines look ugly with the "whoosh" sound happening which you've been using for neat sliders.

00:13:186 (4,5,6) - try to spread out a little bit this triangle, right now it feels extremely crowded and messy. I don't see how it's messy (it's perfectly symmetrical), and I'm not going to spread it out because I'm only using 1.1 DS in the whole diff.

00:34:419 (2,3) - It makes more sense to keep the curve flow going down instead of the change of direction on 00:34:419 (2) - , similar to what you did here 00:23:219 (2,3,4) - I don't see why it "makes more sense" other than that I changed up the patterns which imo isn't a huge reason to change it. I think it plays fine. if others agree with you then I will consider it.

I was able to get noz's thought about 01:16:184 (1) - as well, and he thinks it should be "ok in theory". So maybe it's bit of a gray area, but I don't want to give ora any trouble ranking this for my stubbornness, so I'll adjust the slider.\

As for 01:02:884 (2) - , I've been doing something similar consistently every two measures: ( 01:06:618 (2) - 01:10:351 (2) - 01:14:084 (2) - 01:17:817 (2) - ). This part of the music repeats same rhythm every two measure, so toward the end of the measure, my intention was to use unusual shape/flow to highlight the transition. If there's better way, I'd be willing to change, but if consistency is the key issue, I think I've been consistent.

As for 01:02:884 (2) - , I've been doing something similar consistently every two measures: ( 01:06:618 (2) - 01:10:351 (2) - 01:14:084 (2) - 01:17:817 (2) - ). This part of the music repeats same rhythm every two measure, so toward the end of the measure, my intention was to use unusual shape/flow to highlight the transition. If there's better way, I'd be willing to change, but if consistency is the key issue, I think I've been consistent.

I find it really weird that you had put the spinner here but you didn't in previous difficulties
00:08:753 (7) - Also patterns like these are also weird. Maybe use 1/12 or 1/16 sliders with reverse arrows?
00:36:985 (9,1) - I kinda don't like the way you made the slider number 9. Removing one reverse arrow would be good

I have nothing to say for other difficulties. This map is really clean.

Hi. Here from modding queue. I took a brief look at this map, and I don't really want to give a picky mod about it, but there is a big issue I have with it that I can quickly address.

[Stage 5]

01:07:318 (1) - This long slider is an extreme reduction in intensity of the map. The song, however, doesn't feel weak here. I realize you're trying to acknowledge a certain track of the song, but the play it creates has bad pacing. One option you can do is to start on this track of the music and transition to a different one later to capture a somewhat similar feel like maybe: http://puu.sh/rfBn0/fb36dffb8d.jpg . However, this transition still tries to incorporate two wildly different aspects of the song and doesn't feel good to me either. I don't like making suggestions like "follow this track as opposed to the one you want," but this long note just doesn't go well with what you have before it that I'm kind of forced to say this.
01:09:184 (7,8,1) - This would apply to all the other long sliders that go with the really weak track of the song.

Taking a brief look at Stage 4, I think I see a similar problem.
