It creates some very nasty spikes that shouldn't be there as the sb load reaches 8.00 at certain points during the choruses.

I focused on this point and do a lot optimizations, and tried the best to reduce SB Load and the duration of high SB Load (most are <1~1.5s ) while having the same effects to make it more reasonable, since SB Load is guideline.
Besides, lots of maps with great SB (especially ranked) sometimes have the duration of high SB Load (>5.00) for more than 1~1.5s so I think it is okay
