OD5 HP6,5-7 it's not really a good idea to keep the same ODHP than Oni.
Lower down volume at first part, having low volume voice with 100% hitsound is pretty offputting.
00:12:040 (1) - Substitute for a slider, it's a perfectly hearable 1/4 stream so a slider would be much more fitting
end it on 00:13:352 - and add a big don at 00:13:540 - to start the new stanza properly.
00:19:540 (1) - add a finish to indicate the start of a new measure.
00:36:790 (1,1) - Change both to kats for higher pitched vocals? Four dons seems slightly monotonous.
00:55:540 (1) - I don't think this hit is strong enough to warrant a finish, you should remove it.
01:01:540 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - kdd is not usually welcome in a Muzukashii difficulty, and it is too sudden considering the low amount of 1/4 patterns there are on this difficulty. I suggest doing a slider from 01:01:540 - to 01:02:477 - because it's fully 1/4

I tried the thing you suggest too, and it's kinda weird because the dragging vocal almost stops at that point. but i do want to make the piano sound there clickable too. I will get more suggestions

No other real issues I found, but the biggest one I had was spacing inconsistency. Sometimes you stack triples, sometimes you stack 1/2s, and stack 1/2s like triples. It's a bit confusing

I'd personally make them more consistent:

Also, 00:19:071 (6,7) - feels a bit high in difficulty, especially with it not being during Kiai or a major part of the song, I feel this could be toned down for an Advanced.

No other real issues I found, but the biggest one I had was spacing inconsistency. Sometimes you stack triples, sometimes you stack 1/2s, and stack 1/2s like triples. It's a bit confusing I'd personally make them more consistent: I don't see this as a problem actually. Some go well with the music, and some are because it's from different mapper lolololol
