01:33:850 (1) – I feel like this slider should be tilted for better movement because the “ochi” vocals feel like they need some emphasis. - Done.

1. 01:09:050 - Optional but maybe a 1/2 repeat slider here for consistency with 01:11:850 (1) . Or removing 01:11:850 (1) and map normally instead would work fine too as 01:11:850 (1) didn't land on vocal didn't seem to represent the instrument as much as 01:05:850 (3) .

1. 00:08:050 - There's no need to map this beat since you always followed vocal in this part since the beginning.
2. 00:11:450 (1,2) - The spacing is kinda big and I don't see anything to emphasize on 00:12:650 (2) . Use the same spacing as 00:12:650 (2,3) instead?
3. 01:41:250 - Add a circle here? Because the 1/1 rhythm on 01:40:250 (1,2,3,4,5) is a bit bland, if you're following vocal then it's fine but I think there's a sound here that shouldn't be skipped as well as you didn't follow vocal completely in other parts in kiai.

It turned out a little harder than I intended, maybe a little too hard for the current spread(?) Let me know what you think and I can either try my best to nerf or whether getting another diff would be better. Additionally, the offset seemed quite early for me, I mapped using 1873 (+23), feel free to compare the two and see if you agree. Also included are some custom hitsounds for my diff, just take everything in the zip out and drop it in the song folder as is.
