Now, I obviously can't comment on most of the points you brought up since I don't know your past experiences or your personality, but here is one thing I can say:
Being rich and a punk are not prerequisites for getting a girlfriend. It is most definitely not true that most girls "like punks more than clean guys". Having a solid, independent standing in life does help, but if you think that you have to be a millionaire, you're just lying to yourself. Independent studies show that most people with girlfriends are in fact not millionaires :b
You sound like someone who either hasn't talked to girls at all or just talked to them superficially. Maybe try to get to know some of them and you'll change your views. Girls are only people too, with a wide and extremely varied range of preferences.
