I think with the speed being all the way down at 168, the jumps aren't too bad, definitely seeing as most of them are 1/1 which makes it a light JS, even 2/1 at some points, only 2/3 instances where the player might break on a 1/2 JS
I'd mod more but I can't really read the patterns in the higher diffs. Ah well. That's fine, this is already plenty.

Step 3: whilst I feel 4/3/2/1 is probably more PR correct (and this might seem like I'm contradicting myself but it's the reason why the two notes aren't one column apart and are two), the 4/2/3/1 is there as note 2 can be heard in the left ear stronger, like note 3 can be heard in the right ear stronger, placing notes to what each ear hears (either that or I'm going deaf in my right ear idk yet, if this is true ignore step 3)
