Mod on CtB diffs by Kagari's request, plus some general stuff.

General Comments:

Song Folder: Both BGs are 1364x767. Any chance you have originals you can resize to 1366x768?
Song Setup: Jump in AR from Normal to Hard is quite steep, 5.2 > 8, perhaps Normal to 5.5? It would also make reading the stacks present on that diff a little easier imo
Metadata: No issues
Timing: Offset sounds a little early currently, I'd try +10 (405 ms)
Hitsounds:Most hitsound files can be improved - most are unnecessarily long and/or contain large amounts of null audio at the end of the waveform/ This has potential to cause unwanted overlaps with each other, as well as taking up extra space in the song folder. Additionally, soft-hitclap2 has a delay over 5ms which is unrankable. I fixed up the hitsounds for you here

01:01:154 - Kiai could really do with some more sliders for variety, there's a large amount of circles at the moment and it can feel quite repetitive. Some pairs of circles with low spacing can be swapped out for sliders where there are vocal sounds, such as 01:04:192 (1,2) - 01:04:762 (4,5) - 01:06:470 (5,6,7,8) - etc.
01:01:724 (3,4,5) - Feels weird to have a triplet here when you have just 1/2 circles in each of the following patterns. Removing this would be a bit plain though, so maybe make a triplet at 01:04:762 (4,5) as well for the similar vocal sounds there

00:45:974 (1) - Maybe refrain from having this as a slider if you're going for a vocal approach on this since there's a vocal on the end of the slider
01:05:341 (5) - This circle feels a bit off due to it having same distance as (4) to (5). I don't think this works because in 01:05:911 (2,3,1) - all three sounds are emphasized, but 01:05:341 (5) - is not. In its current state it feels a bit forced due to (sound = distance) ? true. And 01:04:582 (2) - should have more impact due to it being more noticeable
tl;dr: (5) should be placed more accordingly to music

I've seen a lot of modders suggesting changes in the part from 01:00:025 to 01:01:164 and while I think adding notes is not necessary I think you should add more distance to your current notes. This is to slightly replicate the part from 00:15:594 to 00:17:873 which is a pattern that is way more difficult than the overall difficulty. I'd consider buffing the part mentioned to compensate for this part

01:18:442 (1) - I don't think this should be a slider due to it being on a double clap and generally I think this upcoming part could be changed slightly to fit music.
I think you should change (1) into a circle and add a slider at 01:18:632 that goes to the next blue tick (removing 01:18:822 (1))
This works because now you fix the double clap problem and it removes 01:18:822 (1) - which is one 1/4 tick too early for the mini stream to start

01:25:088 (1,2) - These could be moved a bit to the left to replicate the pitch change in vocals

fixed all except 00:45:974 (1) - , I found no issues on here. Thank you!
Changed CS to 4.4 to make a consistency between Rain and Overdose diff.
