Hmm, just up-arrow skin? or I'm guessing that you're gonna add down, right, left-arrow for the next version?

take a look at the files in this skin.ini to see how it is possible to do this then you will be on your way to making a unique step mania skin of your own

You can now add different arrow directions by modifying the skin.ini. I did something similar in my Guitar Hero skin.
