00:10:197 (1,2) - In my opinion the distance here can be enlarged to accommodate a dash. The one currently is still catchable without dashing, so it is better for you to add a dash here to urge players to dash.
00:32:864 (1,2,3) - The pattern is fine, what I wish to point is, the dash should be at 00:32:864 (1,2) - instead of 00:33:197 (2,3) - since (2) is the prominent note here, matching the rhythm with a strong clap, so as to emphasize (2) a dash should be placed to it instead of (3).
00:35:531 (3,4,5) - Same case as above.
00:38:197 (1,2,3) - This time, please reduce the distance of (2,3) with the same reason as above-listed. It is highly recommended to do so because the dash is going to cover both (2) and (3) so it will be very timed for a Salad.
00:40:864 (2,3) - You may add dash between them if you did the same like 00:32:864 (1,2,3) -
00:42:864 (6,1) - Honestly I think there should be a dash in between the notes as (1) is with Finish and so it is indicated to be a strong note. (1) also begins the new stanza so it is better to do so.
00:53:864 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - This part can be easier in my opinion, players are not supposed to dash that much in Salad, but right here the dash density is very high (players will dash every 2 notes) so I think it will be much better if you reduce the dash density to dash per 4 notes, i.e You add dash at 00:56:197 (4,1) - and 00:58:864 (4,1) - for a better rhythm.
00:59:531 (2,3) - Maybe you want to add a dash here to emphasize the Finish at (3)?
01:07:531 (1,2) - The distance here can be smaller, it is very easy to miss too after catching 01:06:864 (1,2,3,1) - because there was a dash at 01:07:031 (2,3) - and people usually don't see this massive jump coming.
01:09:531 (3,4) - I think you can add a dash here.
01:10:197 (1,2,3,4) - This is changed to become a lot harder than the previous one at 01:07:531 (1,2) - because players may dash between (1,2) and (3,4). What about shortening their distances?
01:14:864 (5,6) - Add a dash if you did at 01:09:531 (3,4) - .

Gameplay

00:19:197 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This is fine but the distances at (4,5) and (8,9) can be smaller, it is easy to miss if players are not having their dashes on time, in fact Platter is still not a difficulty ready for such timed jumps, so be more lenient wouldn't be punished. You can increase the curvature of the stream if you reduced the suggested distances to compensate for the difficulty.

I see improvements on this mapset, keep up the great work.
The difficulties need some minor tweaks at this point, however please check the New Combos in all difficulties, I have found various problems about them. I will recheck later if possible.

00:05:864 (1) - This note is quite strong, I feel you could increase the movement distance to it slightly. Try x:224.
00:13:864 (1,2) - 1 is definitely stronger than 4 was, so a higher distance to it makes more sense. Try x:384 on this section.
00:32:531 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - This section is pretty repetitive movement wise, which makes it quite boring, even for a cup player. Try moving 00:35:197 (1) - to x:160, 00:37:197 (3) - to x:384, 00:37:864 (1) - to x:192, and then 00:39:531 (2,3) - to x:96. Keeps a similar feel to the map, whilst making it not feel so repetitive.
00:51:197 (4) - I feel this one can be emphasised more for the stronger pitch here, try x:224.
01:09:864 (1) - x:352, this note is definitely could use more emphasis, for the finish and strong sounds here.
01:15:197 (1) - This one could work nicely on x:256, for the same reasons as above.

00:05:864 (3,4) - I feel like this HDash is a bit too strong right now, as the antiflow afterwards can be a bit hard to hit. I'd move this section to x:128, to reduce the HDash's strength but still keep it.
00:13:864 (2,3) - A HDash to this feels a bit weird, because the note isn't a clap like your other HDashes, and the note isn't really strong compared to others around it so I think best thing to do is Ctrl+H this and move it to x:320, makes nice movement and gets rid of this HDash. After this, move 4 to x:112 and 5 to x:288 to get the HDash to 4 back.
00:14:864 (5) - I'm not really sure about this being a repeat slider, I'd prefer it to be a circle followed by a 1/2 slider, because the note on the current repeat is quite a strong piano note which a dash would work nicely to.
00:47:197 (5) - Movement to this is a tiny bit too strong in my opinion, making the flow to this quite awkward. I'd reduce distances so that this note is on x:304, that feels a lot better in my opinion.
00:52:530 (5) - Same as above, x:200 would work better.
01:03:197 (3) - Normal, non-dashing movement to this would fit better with the music in my opinion, try x:412 instead.
01:05:531 (3) - ^, x:472, and then move 01:05:864 (4) - to x:80 to keep the HDash.
01:23:864 (3,4) - Moving this a bit more to the left, say x:408 for example, would feel a bit more comfortable movement, and make the antiflow movement to hyper feel better to play in my opinion.
01:25:197 (2,3,4,5) - HDash to 5 would work nicely. A good way to do this without ruining current flow is to move 2 to x:192, 3 to x:300, 4 to x:408, and 5 to x:16.
01:26:531 (7,8) - Hmm, dash to 7 being so strong and then followed by strong antiflow movement plays a bit too difficult for a rain in my opinion. Try moving 7 to x:88, and then, to keep the HDash, move 8 to x:480.
01:31:198 (2,3) - Again, 2 doesn't really feel strong enough to a HDash for me, seeing as you're mainly using claps for HDashes in this section, and this note isn't too strong for the piano either. Try 2 to x:316, and then Ctrl+g 3 and move it to x:492.
01:34:614 (3) - I think you meant for this to be a HDash, to follow similar HDash patterns earlier. Move this to x:364 to add one.

01:25:197 (2,3,4,5) - HDash to 5 would work nicely. A good way to do this without ruining current flow is to move 2 to x:192, 3 to x:300, 4 to x:408, and 5 to x:16.
01:26:531 (7,8) - Hmm, dash to 7 being so strong and then followed by strong antiflow movement plays a bit too difficult for a rain in my opinion. Try moving 7 to x:88, and then, to keep the HDash, move 8 to x:480.
01:31:198 (2,3) - Again, 2 doesn't really feel strong enough to a HDash for me, seeing as you're mainly using claps for HDashes in this section, and this note isn't too strong for the piano either. Try 2 to x:316, and then Ctrl+g 3 and move it to x:492. //retained for same reason as before

also, i checked again the taiko diffs. i think no one has mentioned this, but consider adding green line at 01:33:864 - with 1.13x velocity to adjust scroll speed when the bpm changes.
optionally can also add these green lines to make smooth slow down and makes player aware that bpm is changing:
