00:50:834 (274,275,276,277) - my personal suggest is to remove 00:50:927 (275,277) - and to change (276) as d, I think to continue with a stream on 00:50:834 - sounds unnatural when on 00:51:209 - is the actual music increase.
01:13:334 - Just as little suggestion to reduce the volume to fade out better.

my concern is the current density level which should be nerfed (like said at the begin), if you decide to follow my ideas, that's cool. Else, you should find your way.

00:13:896 (21) - You could place the note on 00:13:521 - and change to d too. I even think it sounds better and makes a better flow by ddk d ddk.
00:45:959 (106,107,108) - and 00:58:146 (138,139) - I would try to decide one of these two, since they're almost the same way from following it's weird you mapped them differently. Although, I'd prefer to change 00:58:146 (138,139) - from kd to dkd.
00:53:271 (124,125) - Something you could try is to remove (124) and move (125) to 00:53:646 - . This actually could work well.

I find this difficulty could also use some lesser notes but it works the way Muzukashii is designed.

Thanks for modding, basically I accepted anything but I disagree some issue in Muzukashii.

I slightly nerfed the Muzukashii and ofc added notes in Futsuu to improve the spread.
