Your friend's house catches fire. Why does the fire department come? The government created it.
Crime? Government created the police force.

Kansas had a governor that believed this theory, so much so that he cut taxes immensely. He said it would create jobs among other things. "Live-able" paychecks differ from each state. For example, if you like in Missisisppi where the state minimum wage is $7.25 it's because things and rent are REALLY cheap. If all the sudden it gets raised to $15, not only will it dramatically raise cost of living, but there just won't be enough money to FEDERALLY pay $15 dollars an hour per each individual. It's just too much money, and that's why I believe minimum wage should really depend on how affordable it is to live in your location. I believe people should have enough money for shelter and food, but I don't believe that our citizens should just rely the minimum wage alone.

Edit: What you probably have in mind is people paying one large fund that provides these services for everyone. It wouldn't work like that. It would be private contracts, a bit like insurance works. For roads you would just pay road tolls.

Governments are an inherently flawed system. Because power corrupts. Leftists act like it's the fault of the businesses rather than the government. Well tell me, how many people have private businesses killed in the last century? Businesses do not have an armies or police. Data is misleading, it's very easy to manipulate numbers to look like they suit your argument. Like I already pointed out how I just tweak a few things then suddenly the numbers show the opposite.

And you're not proving anything by giving examples from your biased left wing site. You can't arbitrarily assign different level of 'truths' to certain statements then pass if off as facts. And even if it completely accurate, it doesn't prove anything. I know Donald Trump used a lot of hyperbole and exaggerations in his speeches, he creates a persona like that to gain popularity and media attention.
