help :c i cant even tell where the first note starts and whether the bpm changes. some early guitar notes just dont match up to certain bpms and it can get weird later on. maybe its simple and im just messing up?

hey guys,
can anyone help me to find the timing for https://osu.ppy.sh/s/448168

The problem is, that at 1:07 and 1:44 the rythm gets weird and if you take 2/3 of the bpm for this section (1:07) and map 1/1 and 1/2, it kind of starts to get better but it then it plays weird, because it gets suddenly faster.

Every help is appreciated. Thanks in advance! :
