- 00:56:174 (4,5,6,1,2,3) - Sinto este ritmo está pouco abuso porque é difícil para jogar nesta nível do Normal, apaga objecto no 00:57:299 (6) o voz e instrumento está mais fraco e parece não importante para este dificuldade, se não queres apagar este objecto então muda seu próprio aqui segui o conselho, tambem acho que remover essa nota e o melhor

- 02:57:875 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - ^ mesma explicado, apaga 1 objecto o que acha para ti mais fraco do ouvir, eu acho tenta copiar o ritmo o que fizestes no segundo kiai apaguei dois objectos, acho que ficou com bom ritmo

In the Touhou Wiki, one of the main sources I used, also mention Foreground Eclipse first, I didn't know about the cd art since I couldn't find it.. Also because Foreground Eclipse are a more "complete" and normal band, Draw the Emotional revolves more around Yuyoyuppe, which is mentioned in the tags
Is it important enough to change the order?
The order does matter or else mapper could swap everything according to their preferences without a concrete standard. The first site you are referring only shows the logo of the two circles, it does not indicate the artist.
