You should try to get confirmation on whether this is from BMS or not, seeing as 44teru-k is a consistent contributor to BMS, and holic as well since he's mentioned.
Easy: Probably the only difficulty which has agreeable settings.
Slidertick-rate 0.5 is unrankable. Please, change it to 1 or 2. I personally used 2 and it wasn't bad.
Difficulty is fine.
Normal: AR & OD -1
Slidertick-rate here is also 0.5, please follow what I wrote above.
Hard: HP Drain at least 5. OD-1
- 01:00:298 (3,4) - Bit strange why you didn't just decide to use an arch for this. Just a suggestion:
- 01:15:875 (6,7) - Suggest that if you use sliders for the stacks here then you'd probably want to use them for the next as well.
- 01:23:567 (2,3) - Not really that great, but I guess the slider-end is not covered up.
Insane:Your OD cannot be 4 while your AR remains 8. This difficulty setting is too outlandish.
Suggestion would be HP drain 7 and OD of 6.
- 00:19:913 (1,2) - Are you very sure about this? As with the rest of such notes.
- 00:55:298 (1) - Could just barely see this from the previous hitbursts.
- 00:56:836 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21) - Seems this long combo is intentional, I'd usually warn you to new combo, but I do understand why you did this since these have consistently similiar rhythm.
- 01:03:759 (5) - Well, it's technically catchable. The note is in the centre for visibility, but I just have to tell you to be careful.
- 01:09:721 (6,7) - Hmm, why not make these stacks into sliders for some variety? If you like this, then you can do the same for the rest.
- 01:45:682 (1) - I can't properly gauge from this part onwards because I lack the skills to carry through. It's the climax so I understand why you want to justify these stream jumps.

It's possible that I'm a bit lenient on the hitbursts, though I can tell you did try to get the following notes out of their way as best as you could in regards to which patterns/arrangements you used.
I can't promise you I'll bubble this after you fix, but I'll get someone to look at this just to be sure if that's anything.
