Note: The instruments keep on varying by 25ms(slight overestimate of the worse case I noticed: 01:08:520 (drum beat around this point)), but the current offset follows most of the beat.

Overall: I think the .mp3 needs an increased volume. Might wanna try raising it in an audio editor.

Nothing much, but I'm kinda worried at about the 1/4 notes (example is 00:13:257 (3) - ) and the significantly large spacing which might throw the newbies off. I can only suggest compromising it with an even lower OD.

Well, that's why I set them up as sliders, but looks like KIA changed is so it just not-really-with-the-vocals-anymore, hehe.

Added some self-nazis though (grid snap spacing wonkiness).

Blue = design/minor issues. you do not have to change these if you don't want to.
Orange = moderate issues. it would be best if you change these.
Red = major issues. you need to change these

I got offset: 2,212 (Just a little earlier than yours)
2 of your combobursts are a little to big, Comboburst-0 and Comboburst-1. the minimum size for combobursts are the size of the standard skin combobursts (383x787), so you'll have to shrink your combobursts down to that size.

I dunno, but I think this map is crying out for a Normal. I just think that its odd having an Easy, but not a Normal :/. Yeah, Hard used to be Normal, but that doesn't mean that there shouldn't be a real normal.

Нормал+ на хардроке еле тянет на 1кк.
Некоторые одиночные ноты нажимаются не на слух. Из-за этого попадаешь в них не совсем точно и получаешь 50-100 очков.

Про скин особое упоминание. Пока не снесешь все, кроме бэкграунда, играть весьма прблематично.
Темный фон в сочетание с темным скином... хз-хз.

Ughhh...darn it.

Trust me, it's not the offset that's wrong with the timing. It's the BPM. 95.00 is too slow, but 96.00 is too fast.

I can't give a specific timing since I'm not good at handling BPM's beyond the decimal point (but my rough estimate is 95.15 + 0.15 / - 0.5)

This is weird, considering I had the same problem with the 5th ED too. XD

'My Soul Your Beats!' doesn't have 1/4,1/6 changes
'Rain' has 1/4,1/6 changes orz

You should make the slider borders black to go with the skin better. Open up each .osu file and put this under the [Colours] section:

SliderBorder : 0,0,0

And last, but not least: don't kudosu this.

Resize so all hitburst are the same (hit50 is small than the other), though hit0 is fine.

Add spinner approach circle? Not that big a deal but if you're going to make the hitburst same size might as well. Call me back after.
