Set the BPM and offset, set Beat Snap Divisor to 1/4, and click Timing > Resnap All Notes
Do it several times until all notes get snapped, and snap the timing point manually.

i wasn't able to find anything to say about Valedict's Another and the Normal diff so here's my mod on the other diffs.




Insane
  1. 00:20:548 missing a note for the crash here according to earlier patterns
  2. 01:06:649 to 01:09:022 Could be a difficulty spike with a handstream, not necessary but i think it'd add so much to this part
  3. 01:12:073 to 01:19:870 too much empty space here imo, try adding single notes to mark the beat
  4. 01:22:920 to 01:33:259 i think putting jumps based on the main melody would be much funnier to play than a simple on-beat jumpstream.


Hard
  1. 00:08:005 - 00:08:175 really unsure what those jumps are for, i suggest getting rid of them and replacing them with singles
  2. 00:09:361 - 00:09:531 ^
  3. 01:29:107 missplaced, should be 1/4 later, unless you're NOT mapping it to the main melody, in wich case, the whole ending is really confusing
  4. 01:29:954 missplaced, should be 1/4 earlier

00:09:700 - This feels weird. The music is getting more intense but the beatmap becomes easier. Maybe use short sliders?
00:11:056 - same again. I know you don't want to increase the note density so why not use a broken pattern that forces the player to tap instead?
00:12:242 - single
00:13:175 - i dont see why this is a double. make it single instead (this appears everywhere in this diff, won't point out all occasions)
00:15:124 - random triple? double should be enough (these also appear all across the map)
00:09:700 - same as before (won't point out the the other occasions, I'm sure you get what I mean)
00:32:073 - why are the first 4 doubles while the other 4 are singles? its the exact same sound
