I'd play multi more but there are never in 7k lobbies, also most 4k lobbies are playing beginner mapsets

so many good ones.. LeiN- has some great 4ks, I also enjoy Spy, ExPew is great, and Entozers maps are always a fresh challenge

Both, I like playing ranked and seeing myself improve, but I also love playing o2jam converts

All I wanted to do is to contribute to the "DanceDanceRevolution to osu!mania" project.
2. What is your favourite keymode?
Mine are 4K and 8K.
3. What is the layout of your favourite keymode?
Default is upwards scrolling and x1 (Speed 3).

I've been playing for 1 year.
5. Which osu!mania song do you like the most?
"DUB-I-DUB" by ME & MY. The Challenge/Insane chart is very cool!
6. What is your favourite type of patterning?
As long as if there are NO HANDS (3+ note presses), then I am good.
7. Do you prefer to play in multiplayer or solo?
I say Solo. If I had a Gamecube-to-PC USB adapter and two dance mats, then it would be cool workout using Co-Op charts and the Co-Op mode.

I only like those that don't play beatmaps containing hands.

I got no one in mind, since I'm the only one contributing to the "DanceDanceRevolution to osu!mania" project.

Since my first "DanceDanceRevolution to osu!mania" beatmaps never got ranked on the official osu! website, I would have to say unranked. I upload my beatmaps to Google Drive instead.
11. Do you like osu!mania?
Yes; it is definitely worth a try, and beats DanceDanceRevolution when it comes to pausing in the middle of the game and skipping song intros.

1. Why did you start playing osu!mania?
I switched from Guitar Hero to osu! as my go-to game. I knew that there was a 'Guitar Hero gamemode', but I didn't know what it was called. I found out it was osu!mania and now I get to have the best of both worlds.
2. What is your favorite keymode?
4k or 5k. I have yet to encounter 2k or 3k, but they sound alright.

I was going to say ranked, but I think I like unranked better. Unranked is just for practicing and it helps me get better so I can play ranked maps and get better accuracy and more pp so I can level up.

Nope. I absolutely hate it. It's the worst thing I've ever played.

Well, I started with Standard and one day I tried out Mania. Now I only play Mania because Standard really frustrates me with its combo-based scoring system.

Well you're probably the only player who seems to take playing mania on a pad seriously to begin with. Also, some ITG charts have hands, so I don't see the problem with including hands when they seem appropriate even on pad oriented charts.31Gabe wrote:

I got frustrated with Osu! STD and wanted something new, plus the keybased rythm system appeals to me more.

4K because I like fast play, but 7K is the keymode that gives me the most training.

For map, it's really difficult to pick a favorite. I can easily name my least favorite of them all, though- Ray. The map structure is garbage, and unlike the much longer but similar trainwrecks that are World's End Girl's Rondo and BBKKBKK, this one is worth barely any PP at all.

Index streams. The End solidified my love for those, due to the fact that they're simultaneously simple and draining.
Well, that, and playing The End as much as I did means I'm pretty darn good at them now.

I switched from Guitar Hero to osu! as my go-to game. I knew that there was a 'Guitar Hero gamemode', but I didn't know what it was called. I found out it was osu!mania and now I get to have the best of both worlds.

- I was showed the game by someone else, and the game caught my interest. I didn't immediately play the game, though - I started the game once, quit for about 10 months, and then came back to it with the intent of actually staying this time around.

4: Almost a year? I think it was late fall or winter last year that I started getting into Mania, and have been playing it since whenever I hop on Osu! (with occasional CTB and Taiko.)
