Glyphic's diff needs a huge rework. Maybe a remap with following time-distance equality rule and some basic distance snap usage.
Zexous' Hard needs a bit of distance snap usage, some distances are a bit off.
Normal probably needs a good rework just like Glyphic's diff, rethinking of patterns and their usage. Some stuff there just isn't okay for a Normal diff.
Easy diff just needs some slider shape polishing, other than that it's okay.
The overall diff spread is also slightly bad. It would be good if Fizz's diff was hgher than 4 stars, maybe 4.2-4.5.
Using higher SV for Fizz's diff and lower SV for Glyphic's diff would help to achieve this.
Other diffs are good. I'll mod them later. Things above are must-do in order to rank this set.
Also some IRC notes on Normal diff:

SPOILER
01:23 grumd: osu lagged as usual
01:25 grumd: you need a harder diff
01:25 grumd: i can make one
01:25 Styx: a _harder_ diff?
01:26 grumd: yes
01:26 Styx: do you mean between the insane and extra?
01:26 Styx: or flat out harder than all
01:27 grumd: harder than extra
01:28 Styx: if so, then yes please c:
01:42 grumd: done
02:04 grumd: seen my post?
02:05 Styx: yup
02:07 grumd: i can give a few suggestions about normal
02:07 Styx: 6.82 STARS HOLY SHIT
02:08 grumd: a bit too easy i know
02:09 grumd: i just noticed nobody mapped that triples
02:09 grumd: so it needed a harder diff
02:09 Styx: anyway, ye, suggestions for normals would be good
02:10 grumd: 00:01:731 (3,4) - first of all, use proper spacing. sometimes you forget about it. this is an example, 0.57x
02:10 grumd: 00:05:455 (3) - placing a slider so close to previous slider (but even with a proper spacing) can be weird and misleading sometimes, better still keep some higher distance (with the same spacing)
02:10 grumd: 00:07:524 (2) - this rhythm is wrong, there's no sound at 00:07:731 -
02:11 grumd: 00:12:903 (5) - i would not suggest using such rhythms in Normal
02:11 grumd: 00:16:214 (5,6,7) - and such too
02:11 grumd: that's not really a good emphasizement for the music, it doesn't represent the hardest beats of a stream
02:12 grumd: best ways are to use 1. two 1/6 sliders like this 00:09:593 (5,6) - or 2. repeat slider with a note in the end http://i.imgur.com/Fk3LOgj.png
02:13 grumd: 00:22:421 (6,7,8,9) - this rhythm is also bad because the player doesn't click on the very hard note at 00:22:834 - which is basically the stream start and should be a key to this pattern
02:14 grumd: it could fine like this though http://i.imgur.com/P49ieGF.png
02:14 grumd: or like this http://i.imgur.com/YrvApuu.png
02:15 grumd: 00:26:283 (3,4,1) - this is very hard for a Normal imo. the slow slider can be very misleading, i would not suggest to use slowdowns in Normal
02:15 grumd: 00:29:455 (5) - also you sometimes use 1/1 when you need some rhythm variety, some 1/3 notes
02:15 grumd: be consistent with the rhythm, if you wanna use 1/3, use it consistently
02:16 grumd: this 1/3 rhythm with streams is quite hard to Normal imo, so it's better to often use this pattern 00:17:869 (2,3) -
02:16 grumd: which would make it more fun and still not that hard
02:17 grumd: so try that out
02:17 Styx: i love you
02:17 grumd: lol wut
02:18 Styx: (looking back on this diff it amazes me that I thought alot of this was okay)
02:18 grumd: lol
02:18 Styx: but seriously, you pointed things out, explained why theyre bad, and then gave examples on them
02:18 Styx: most people
02:18 grumd: that's what modding is
