Help! Can someone find the forum post link for this skin?

I downloaded this skin and edited it a little (cursor and health bar), but I lost the original. The hit circles originally didn't have numbers, instead, it was blank and the accuracy gauge was in the top-middle of the screen.

If you checked what the skin was called in the menu it might help
