Let's give this a mod then! (from modreq)
Note: I explain the reason behind most of my points in the beginning of the "insane" part, so you might wanna start with that one
And also, these are some suggestions, however they are not the only solutions, so if you find something you like better, go for it!
Hope this was helpful!

Insane
00:40:162 (1,2,3) - These doesn't follow the rhythm of the song. You should move them all 1/4 back and add a note at 00:40:835. (a good rule of thumb is to map on the white and red lines when doing normal/slow parts, and us the blue lines for triples/streams. There are exceptions, like 00:46:028 (2,3) - which is mapped correctly, so be careful!)
00:44:298 (4,5,6) - When having triples like these (played very fast one after another) you either want them to be in a stack, or with short distance in between, like a mini stream. You usually don't want small jumps, and you definitely don't want it to jump between the two first notes, and stack the two last notes.
00:46:316 (4) - Move this 1/4 forward. Again, white and red lines. You should also make the distance a bit larger, since the note hits quite long after the one before
00:50:932 (6,7,8,9,10) - Delete the last one of these, and move the rest 1/4 forward (white and red)
00:57:086 (3,4,5,6,1,2,3) - Move 1/4 forward
01:15:068 (7) - Consider making this 1/4 longer (just a thought, not necessarily needed)
01:32:953 (2,3) - Move 1/4 forward (an exception to the "white red rule, ugh). The weird thing is, you did it right in the three next notes
01:34:395 (5) - Move 1/4 forward, make it 1/4 shorter
Second verse makes a lot more sense than the first one. However i would still make a few changes (so it fits the song better, and is more similar to the first verse)
01:52:375 (5) - Move 1/4 back, so it comes at the same time as the vocals.
01:53:915 (6) - ^
01:58:242 (5,6,7) - Delete the first note, move the slider 1/4 back, and make it 1/4 longer (so it fits with the vocals)
02:00:069 (4) - Move 1/4 back, make 1/4 longer
02:04:300 (4,5,6) - Delete second note, make first slider 1/4 longer, move last slider 1/4 back, and make it 1/4 longer
02:10:838 (7) - Move 1/4 back
02:15:261 (1) - Move 1/4 forward, make 1/4 shorter
02:28:916 (7) - Consider making this 1/4 longer (just a thought, not necessarily needed)
02:46:801 (2,3) - Move 1/4 forward
02:48:338 (5) - Move 1/4 forward, make it 1/4 shorter
03:34:686 (2) - Make 1/4 shorter (so it matches the beat)
03:36:610 (4) - Consider making this 1/4 longer (just a thought, not necessarily needed)

12J12 Style
Obviously you have to do a bit of remapping when moving the notes, to make the distance fit00:38:143 (4,5) - Make first slider 1/4 shorter, move second slider 1/4 back
01:00:547 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Add note to the end of the stream, move slider 1/4 forward, delete last note
01:37:087 (2) - Move 1/4 forward
01:52:375 (4) - Move 1/4 back, make 1/4 longer
02:10:837 (5) - Move 1/4 back
02:15:164 (9) - Move 1/4 forward, make 1/4 shorter
03:34:686 (2) - Make 1/4 shorter
03:55:840 (3) - Make 1/4 longer
01:00:547 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Add note to the end of the stream, move slider 1/4 forward, delete last note
01:37:087 (2) - Move 1/4 forward
