-offset deberia ser alrededor de +25. se nota demasiado la mayor parte del tiempo
insane
-00:02:007 (2) - nose que cosa tratabas de mapear aca la verdad >< drums y piano estan en 00:02:212 - asi que deberias mapear eso
-00:14:952 (1,2,3) - podria ser un triangulo mas bonito si mantienes la distancia mas constante
-00:29:336 (6,7) - cambia las claps aca, suena mal;( lo mismo aca 00:35:911 (6,7) - y ademas deberias añadir a lugares similares como 00:34:267 (6) - y otros que suenen igual. incluso el clasico 2/4 clap sirve en esta cancion
-00:29:747 (1,2,3,4) - prueba algo asi http://puu.sh/m1I4Z/7cca096c0b.jpg para que vaya con la letra
-00:37:555 (4,5,1) - intenta evitar este tipo de cosas, donde 'aceleras' la distancia abruptamente de manera lineal. si cambias el flow hacia (1), jugaria mejor. algo similar pasa aa 00:47:829 (1,2,3) -
-00:38:685 (4) - se siente sobremapeado >< como el stream comienza mas claramente desde 00:38:787 (1) - , deberias remover esta nota

-didnt need to use so much variable distance. insane is pretty straightforward lul and doubles could be better as repeaters cuz polarity stuff that at this level is a pain to play

Added the finishes on the sliders you pointed out. That was really helpful.
00:19:909 (1,3) - I disagree with you about making them 1/1 just because the vocals end on 1/1 tick. I rather prefer to emphasize the whole vocal slightly with 2/1 because the slider ticks is doing its work there.

00:00:799 (2,3,1,2) –Objects like these you can arrange cleverly so they stack on top of each other. Not really an issue but tidyness and a well structured diff counts.
00:06:347 (4,4) –You could have tried to stack this perfectly.
00:09:224 (3) –Not sure if such a big jump here is appropriate since the beat or vocal here isn’t really that strong. I suggest you make the jump a bit smaller.
00:13:333 (1) –Rather place this slider here to follow that stream more effectively.

00:24:635 (3,4) - I do believe the blanket of these objects plays and looks fine. Thus, I've tested in game times enough to check if it looks ugly and it fits good in my opinion.
00:28:128 (5) - If I do ctrl + G there, it will mess the upcoming pattern. Besides, it would make a weird flow from 4 -> 3 because players might need to follow an uncomfortable zig zag flow to follow properly this segment 00:27:306 (3,4,5) So, in that case, I'd rather keep my flow since it doesn't create an unfitting pattern.

[General]

The BG itself could get better, it is clearly flawed. Example.

[Easy]

00:03:097 (4,1) - minor - the transition here seems a bit unnatural. Example of a pattern, that'd wrok slightly better here.
00:13:781 (1) - minor - I'd go for softer curves here, as the song clearly doesn't ask for an agressively-curved slider.
00:30:220 (1) - this gets overllapped iwith the scpre-meter in the bottom centre of the screen. Please, lift the slider a few pixels highr to avoid this overlap.
00:35:151 (3,4) - try to saelect those two and hit Ctrl+G, it will slightly improve the rhythm in terms of vocal emphasis. Don't forget to fix spacing/placement afterwards.

Not bad, but could look slightly better.

[Rocket's Normal]

00:10:494 (1) - the slider doesn't sync up with the vocals as there is a clear stop at 00:10:904 - in addition to that, both the drums and other background instruments also have a clear beat at that point. Hence, the slider feels off music.
00:13:165 (4,5) - feels way more natural in musical terms if you Ctrl+G the slider. Don't forget to fix up the placement afterwards!
Note: feeling confused? Have a read at this article.
00:24:466 (2,3) - minor - that'd look way better as a blanket-slider. Just make sure you do all the necessary re-arrangements to avoid going offscreen or touchhing UI.
00:28:576 (5,6) - the placement is a bit misleading, it suggests that the slider has two repeats, although this is not true. Move the circle somewhere else?
00:37:617 (2,3,1) - minor - those three aren't parallel although it seems like that was your intention, therefore they look a bit untidy.

Just a bit more modding would make this a great diff.

00:01:452 (3) - the curve here makes no sense with the song. Please, go for something more reasonable here.
Note: 00:15:425 (1) - same here and 00:19:329 (2) - and so on.
00:11:315 (3,4) - the jump between those two doesn't correspond with the song, mind reducing it?
Note: 00:35:151 (1,2) - same
00:14:398 (2,3,4) - here you go for an 1/4 stream, while ignoring the drums 00:13:370 - here, Could you explain why? It's better to either ignore both 1/4 parts or map both of them.

I have a few questions regarding reasoning for certain patterns, apart from that it'll be fine once you fix unreasonable stuff.

00:14:809 (5,6,7) - let's try to make the jumps here work better with the way vocals get stronger? Example
00:16:247 (3,4) - I would avoid such jumps as it can be misread as 1/2 pattern. A pattern like this doesn't look bad, if you ask me.
Note: 00:38:439 (1,2,3) - same.
00:21:487 - you seem to be serious about following 1/4s, why no map the piano here?
00:30:220 (1,2,3,4) - I'm pretty sure I've already made it clear that I disagree with those. Can you get more opinions on this pattern?

Looks cool.

Might need 1-2 more mods before we get back to that. Call me once you get a mod or two.

Insane:
00:05:562 (1) - The issue with this is that the rest of the map flows pretty nicely in circular motions, yet this one kinda breaks it. CTRL + G or something? It's just awkward jerking down like that when I haven't had to before, especially since there's no indication in the music for such a jerk
00:08:439 (4) - Similarly, jerking downward isn't really such a cool thing when you're flowing so nicely already.
00:18:507 (1) - I'm assuming that you're going for a widened star pattern, using the end of (1) as the final point, in which case, (5) and the end of (1) are a little off. The best way to fix this would be to initially create the pattern alongside the x and y axis, and then rotate it to fit the map
00:26:932 - For the kiai, even though you're using the snare hit for the special snare stuff, you're omitting it from the standard 2 and 4 backbeat of the map, which is no good. it makes it feel empty. pls add. (and yeah they're the same thing, lol

. Most standard drumsets are going to come with 1 snare drum unless they're pretentious pricks lol)
00:30:630 (2) - Move this northeast so it creates a full curve.
00:32:686 (3,4,5) - If you wanna get super nitpicky, this color might clash with the video a little bit.

Hard:
Tick rate 2 might help players read the 3/4 sections.
00:25:391 (1) - You could really do without this spinner. It's a little short and seems forced in. Especially since you have the long spinner at the end.
00:34:329 (3) - Would be nice to horizontally flip this, so the trajectory of the mouse is going towards the right of the screen instead of the left.
00:42:548 (3) - ^. You'll have to be a little more creative about this one since having the repeat repeat back to (2) would be kinda icky

Normal:
00:04:740 (3) - This seems slightly too close to (2), and while it wouldn't be an issue usually, it looks kinda cramped due to how close it is.
Same thing about the claps and kiai in insane. Especially since you literally can't focus on the 3/4 drum additions because of normal mode, so the random claps in there just sound really out of place.

Easy:
00:07:206 (1) - If you're going to have an S curve, you have to make it VERY notable. You have to make it a true ~ rather than a weak one, or it isn't effective
Same thing about claps yadda yadda. I'd put it in general but Hard did a good job about it. good job hard.
It's 1/1 it's boring but like it works I guess

Overall, pretty nice mapset. Lots of good stuff happening here. Sorry I can't do much to help this proceed in the ranking process, but I can at least give you the imaginary Reditum seal of approval.

They change the way flow works and bring an unnecessary slow-down to the flow. They do make much difference to me. Either explain the reason for theirr presence properly, as I don't see any at this moment or care to change those into normal sliders.

Is there any reason(official source) to capitalize all the letters of title, "STARRING STAR"? If no please stick to a normal style.

I searched a bit, and only found this picture http://puu.sh/mo2Yl/80e9b0ec8d.jpg, http://keytalkweb.com/information/, which writes "starring STAR".

while this map doesnt break any rules and things like that, this map doesnt not look up to date. this is the sort of maps that would look good for rank in the 2011 era. allow me to explain

00:01:453 (3) - stab me with a spoon for being too nazi with the blanket, but it seems a bit too curved for a proper blanket. consider loosening it up.

00:01:453 (3,4) - while this might take a bit of naziing to see, but this pattern looks like uhh... bad? idk how to explain. slider entry is a mess? what i mean by slider entry is this. it might be me being a complete nazi, but this is the year 2016, so might as well increase the quality of the maps being thrown into qualification mk? i can suggest a more better pattern in the lines below:

00:06:384 (3,4) - poor blanketting and lack of emphasis on 3. as for 3 i recommend a ctrl g. repositon (4) so that the clap hitsound makes more sense.

00:09:672 (3) - this is really a sort of position you would give to a note with aLOT of emphasis, such as 00:10:083 (4) - this. so why is 3 given a larger emphassis location than 4?

00:19:329 (3) - use the same slider as 1. i would also like to point out poor blanketting for 00:18:302 (5) - .

00:38:439 (1,2,3) - do 0.84 DS and place appropriately. put in x:y (232:117)

00:38:439 (1,3) - use the same slider btw. part is related and by your positoning, itll look aLOT better.

00:40:905 (3,4) - this looks terrible imo. looks 2012 ish. try doing somehting like http://puu.sh/mo447/f20d438a88.jpg this. imo it looks better and flows alot better.

00:43:165 (7,1) - not enough emphasis on 1. 7 doesnt have emphasis at all. tbh, doing this http://puu.sh/mo46t/55886f7583.jpg would make aLOT more sense. seriously.

00:45:631 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - this pattern looks very random, like its placed there as if you felt like, "i think im lacking jumps. lets just put a jump down there, and yep! that should do it!". youre doign a 3.87 star so dont place random diffspikes everywhere. try doing this. itll play aLOT better.

i really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but i wanna request a dq for this map for lack of quality in the Insane diff. i took a skim on the hard diff and found similar issues. please adress them. if you want me to take a look at the hard diff as well to prove my point, i will do so.
