Not too long ago I checked in the options if there is any way to disable the right click button since I can be a bit clumsy and missclick the right click button while playing and because of it I sometimes mess up my combo (I play with z/x and left mouseclick so disabling mouse clicks entirely does not really help me). Unfortunately I could not find any option to separately disable one of the two mouse clicks. So my request is to be able to disable right click or left click separately. It is not something that I feel must be implemented but it would be pretty conveniant to have this option.

Doubt this feature will be implemented sooo....

Have you tried putting a small piece of cardboard paper or something that wont bend easily under the mouse button to jam it? Careful if you try it though, you don't want it to get stuck there, so make it big enough.

Well it is not something that happens frequently so I should be fine for now atleast. However if it at some point would drive me mad then I will try using your piece of advice!

Tbh, I would want this.
Accidental missclicks while aiming is the only thing that has kept from playing click+x so far.

Sometimes I wonder how easy it is to miss due to a missclick. I click the mouse buttons unintentionally now and then, but I don't recall that being the cause of a miss so far.

It's not the miss itself, more like the distraction followed by suddenly getting a 50 because one accidently pressed rightclick upon aiming the next circle.
Aside from that you can always get major wobbling by clicking early that ruins your rhythm.
From the hour I played click+x it happens often enough.

Are you sure the wobbling comes from clicking early and not poor mouse wielding?
Endaris
Yes, cause the circle wobbles, not the cursor...

there's way to disable it, but it involves you with third paty, anyway.. Why would they do that? The point of the game is to "Click" not to disabble the function that the game is all about!

They would have to change the circles song when the refren says "Click the circles" "Tap the circles" ?????????? That would sound wrong..

What you wrote made no sense at all in relation to the topic.

I play with left click+z/x as well, I never misclicked like you guys mentioned above before.

But I would like to support this as well, because it will be much more comfortable for mouse-clicking players since you don't have to worry about your middle finger area

Don't run grammar_nazi.exe NoRestriction.txt on me please because I know my English is messed up somewhere lol.

Abraker's post made me laugh
I'm neutral on this, as I don't use mouse

If it's decided to be implemented then please also consider having an option to disable Mouse4 and Mouse5 (back and forward) buttons. Randomly pausing/quitting a map because I forget that Mouse4 does that is pretty irritating (using Mouse4 for TeamSpeak push-to-talk).
