Taiyang's model was really jarring though, imo they could have stuck with showing him a shadow or something instead of bad GCI... in a fully CGI'd animation

I can't tell if Winter is a huge bitch or has -100 in social skills. Like, Weiss is so happy to be around her but she talks all stuck-up and then smacks Weiss on the head. Her first impressions show her as someone you wouldn't want to be around most of the time

I like that characters are somewhat balanced, they all have pros and cons...
So far played as Blake and Weiss.

Weiss's maxed nova skill is simply overpowered. Lunge attack is strong for single target and can be spammed. Barrage is a little weak. Her attack speed speed is average so you need to be careful if you want to build up combo.
Her ranged attack is just retarded. If you hit something then congrats.

Blake's strong side is really fast attack that can build combo quickly and her ranged attack is fast and accurate. Blade Beam will evaporate any single target.
Her normal combo attack is nice and annoying in the same time. If you catch Grimm with it you can safely kill it in mid air without worrying about being hit by others but too many times I just sliced air with her. Also she doesn't have good AoE skills...

Game still need a lot of work, but so far I'm really enjoying it even if it's a little broken (mostly movement animations and sound effects).

How is the game, theres some mixed reviews on steam so i'm wondering if i should buy it now or wait untill it's more polished. Also, is there a story mode or is it a free roam game?

Ok, kinda new to this show, I've seen this thread on and off in past few weeks, so yesterday I decided to take a look and am just done with chapter 4 of season 3. At the moment, I'm really entertained by it, had a down of animes in the past week so this is kinda nice to watch as I have trouble finding good one recently(this has good music, decent story, nice character, and is quite well in everything I think), also, since I've watched it in two days, it's nice to see the evolution of the animation, it's still not incredible, but great improvement.

I might actually get the game, it look really nice ! Is it online MP?

the game is lacking quiet a bit at the moment. the story doesn't take long to get through. combos are rather simple and easy. i haven't played as wiess yet, but blake feels underpowered compared to ruby and yang. also it's only online multiplayer at the moment.

the store page did say they were aiming to have it completely done in about 8-10 months. you could still get the game now as it will be cheaper, you just won't have that much to play it.

The game looks promising, but I'm going to hold off until theres a bit more content. I know, early access etc etc.

I'd probably play only Osu anyways
