Updated bg, fixed everything from Akali and M o k o r i's mods and only left two sliders untouched from Kayne's suggestions, really thanks! (Also considering about adding a kiai)

00:32:204 (1) - Seems like the soft-whistle should be on the head here, not on 00:31:804 (3) - , since the pitch is much higher at the slider head than compared to 00:31:804 (3). So add the whistle on the slider head, and use soft additions.

Given this, using the rhythm at 01:21:804 (1,2,3) -seems better than using the sliders since the red ticks in these areas are noticeably weaker than most of the other red ticks in this section.
01:32:004 (2) - Using soft whistles on the circles in between these sliders actually fit the pitch in this area very comfortably. Try it in these areas too:

1. Similarly, I think you can use the drum whistles on 01:34:404 (6) - as well.
01:48:404 (3) - This kick slider feels a bit empty to play due to the lack of hitsounds. Use a drum whistle on the head and repeat, and then a Normal sampleset along with a drum whistle on the end to match the hitsounding for a similar object in 01:35:604 (3).
01:50:204 (3) - Same instance here with the default normal whistle, on the head, comparable to 01:37:404 (3).
01:55:404 (1) - Hmm, take a listen to the last part here carefully and try using a Normal finish instead a soft one. The soft finish doesn't fit as nice here since it's a higher pitched and shorter ring, but the normal finish combined with the normal sampleset adds a much longer lasting aftereffect and much stronger impact than a soft one.

00:05:604 (6,7,8) - Not a fan of the placements here; 00:05:004 (5,6) - this anti makes the distance between 00:05:604 (6,7) - seem like it's a 1/1 pause which in turn makes 00:05:804 (7,8) - look like an anti as well. As a solution, try stacking these under 00:05:604 (6) as it would avoid any unnecessary combo breaks.
00:17:404 (2,3,1) - This is somewhat frustrating to play on a Hyper, considering the kind of basis you had already with 00:16:204 (1,2,1) - , suddenly changing into two 1/4 sliders can catch people off guard quite easily especially with no variation in the pacing of the music.
00:32:004 (6,1) - The spacing between these two objects look kind of awkward especially due to switching into linear flow from these three objects 00:31:804 (5,6,1).
00:36:804 (4,1) - I don't particularly agree with the placement here, since they're only 1/4 apart from each other rhythmically. I would rather have some sort of overlap to allow the player to know that it's a 1/4 distance, considering there isn't any indication of this sort of placement earlier on in the map. The placement also makes the rest of 00:37:304 (2,3,4) - fairly difficult to hit due to the way the player would perceive the following rhythm. As a result, moving all of 00:35:004 (7,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) a few grids to the left until the distance between 00:36:804 (4,1) - are ~0.8x would help tremendously in fixing the reading problems that hinder this section prior to the change. We start off with 1/4 single kick slider at 00:39:204 (2) - which is fine, and then we get to a 1/4 double kick slider, but then we hit into a 1/8 at 00:41:204 (1) - which threw me off multiple times when test playing. This was due to the multiple usages of the kick slider to the point that it's difficult for the player to make out a consistent mental rhythm. 00:41:004 (1,2) - Hmm, swapping these two objects on the timeline would make this pattern less jerky to play, since the original distance of 00:40:904 (2,1) - is pretty far for a 1/4 pattern that's still ongoing.
00:38:604 (1,2) - Rotate about 18 degrees clockwise, selection center so that the triple's direction faced towards the slider head of 01:29:104 (1). This will also avoid the unnecessary jagged movement between 01:28:604 (2) and 01:29:104 (1).

If you're gonna have that many 1/4 beats in Hyper I would like to see something 1/4 in Normal, or less in the former. Or something about how many of those 1/4s are after a slider, which is harder to hit than 1/4s before one. Like how Gamu's uses majority of streams and 1/4s that don't begin with a slider which leads to streams

Fixed, but I'm not going to change the whole structure of either Normal or Hyper, because that's going to mess the whole diff... Hopefully the spread should be fine as it is right now (at least to me)
