Isn't the BPM being halved now? That's why you're using SV 2.0 in Hard I suppose.
Also, I found all the write ticks are kick drums from 00:07:377 - till 00:20:898 - , 00:34:419 - , the kiai and so on.
Extra diffs are probably needed between mine and Rizen's because the Easy now looks like a Beginner.
Tell me what you think before I start off doing my diff. D:

Do you think the bpm is 142 or 284? I originally had it as 284 but everyone told me it was 142 so idk.
I thought the main concern would be with the gap between fort's insane and 12345, it may be possible to fill the easy to hard gap with 1 diff depending how strict they are.

This song's timing is weird

The drum indeed plays as if it was 284 bpm at the fast paced part but it never uses 284 bpm 1/4

And if we strictly apply "1st white tick (downbeat) - bass => 2nd white tick - snare => 4th white tick snare" convention that most song uses these days to set the uninherited timing points, there are some parts in the song where it has to be 71 bpm X.X - eg. 01:01:462 - 00:41:180 - (which will fk up your SVs)

but vocals/guitar seem to be following the 142 bpm only to pace itself so I guess you can (or you could say "should") stick with 142 bpm

I would suggest following the qualified one, it makes more sense in my opinion.

I'm sorry but it makes absolutely no sense to change the BPM between 284 and 142 just because how the snares are, I think there's this term called "double time" and it's quite common in rock/metal music.
