I experimented with a few effects, if you don't mind. I was also uncertain of the positioning of the text, so my apologies if it's not to your liking.

The dust particle effect isn't apparent, but it's there. Adding more to the opacity would've ruined the image. uwu

I saw that change from last to third. ;p

I'm not sure how the colours turned out, my screen seems a bit off right now. :c

I went a bit overboard with overlays. I also had to fabricate new sides to get the figure and a decent amount of the background to fit.
I hope these are okay. uwu

Brightness and contrast, most of the time, will just make the colours brighter. :p

I kind of dislike it, because I wanted her hands to be shown with the flowers, but it looks like the image is a little too big and it would look weird stretched.

Sorry for the delay. It was hard to get the many shades of blue to blend in properly.
My GFX/paint/airbrush skills aren't good enough to make an even more detailed bg, so I hope that this will do. It's as unique as it's gonna get from me. ;p
Also, clouds are so hard to get right. ;w;

3 choices for you here.

1. Zoomed out to incorporate as much of the flowers as possible.

2. Balanced between the flowers and the zoom.

3. Experimented by cropping the flowers and scaling it to fit. It looks kinda odd when it's beside the other 2 options, but on it's own, it works well. Maybe, you be the judge of that. ;p
