Yes, for example with new osu updating osu you download it, it is built the game and maybe can check and find auto mouse movement programs in use, or can fix the "cheat" mods (halftime, relax, etc...)[-R-] wrote:

Perhaps "keep retrying until you got a play without 300"? That's what I do sometimes, and if you do so, you will only get one play recorded on your "recent plays"...

As someone who has done this numerous times in the past, yes, that is what most people do when they aim for #1 in some of the easier maps.

A human do it on Hidden+Flashlight is 99.99% impossible, especially for those jumps on the second part of the song. Probably a macro user.

that replay actually IS pretty suspicious, I mean, the way he perfectly moves cursor to the circles which are completely invisible. And oh well, 79 tries for FL+HD on a jumpy map? I'm kinda not buying that. Though, not like anyone can prove him cheating as well.

Cookiezi is able to play maps with an overall difficulty of 9 and 10 with perfect ease. He is arguably the best player in the business, so no surprises there.
Oh, and even if you can't believe it without seeing it with your own eyes, I advise you not to in-game PM him and ask him to play because
1. Most of his "impossible" records are set on weekends when he has access to a decent computer. On weekdays, he's stuck with his shitty PC, which lags like hell.
2. He is getting increasingly annoyed by people who PM him and ask him to play this and that, but is not mean enough to say "no, fuck off."
So leave him alone XD He's pro enough to do that, I can assure you.

Also, in taiko, you don't take the total score and x0.36 it. It's 300 + (whatever is added due to combo) * x0.36 for every note, so you are guaranteed at least 300 for every note.

It's not about his playing style, but about his reputation and date of registration. New players don't do score like this, especially with not many plays. Also - I haven't seen him in top50 on ANY of maps that are in his top play count (I can add that I haven't seen him anywhere else too). This guy stinks.[-R-] wrote:

In Catch the Beat, each fruit droplet is only worth 10 points but contributes as much as any other note towards the accuracy. On the other hand, each spinner note is worth 1100 points. As such, if one does better on the spinners, they can miss 110 fruit droplets before getting the same score as someone else who caught one less fruit during a spinner, while having a far worse accuracy, which is what happened there.

I know that kanopu was alredy reported for cheating in Marisa, but i would like to report him again. I was trying to get 1st place, so i just watched Kanopu's Rokodo's and Youngdow's replays carefully. Also i amde some counting and tried to play song in HT. Conclusion was , that this isn't 1/8 stream. Its 1/16 stream, because of strange slider->note conversion. I wasn't able to FC marisa on HT, while I am able to play song like:

I can pass 1/4 250bpm stream easily, so i don't think that 1/8 stream using 170bpm and ht should be any problem, while it was. So, 16x170bpm= 2720
2720/60=45,(3)
That means that in order to FC that stream you would have to press keyboard/button/tatacon or w/e over 45 per secod which is pretty impossbile.
Also Rokodo's replay looks complete unrealistic. He doubled clicked all the notes. And it's impossbile to double click in the deathstream because of the insane speed. So he used bot (macro probably), because he passed youngdow by over 100k, which mean he had to double click the notes inside the deathstream.
My conclusion is that highest score achieved without cheating is youngdow one, which still looks strange for me (getting such combos on deathstream?) but it is possible probably to do that using mouse+keyboard somehow. Also if kanopu/Rokodo didn't cheat they will be able to post a video.

Click is both reds, so you can say maybe this replay if before the mouse click change, but always all notes are with double, so he must play with 1 mouse key and did 1/16 streams (i can say is too with 2 fingers is almost impossible 1/16), or use macro .. (macro not allowed)1miko1 wrote:

(i mean if he used a key on the keyboard and one of mouse, in replay you see 1 note with both press and other with normal press, so i think is only mouse)
THAT IS 1/8 STREAM, YOU'RE JUST PRESSING IT WRONG.
170 x 8 = 1360, 250 x 4 = 1000. Marisa's 1/8 streams are faster than 250BPM's 1/4 streams. Now let's take into account HT... that would make Marisa's BPM reduced to 127.5 . 127.5 x 8 = 1020, which is STILL FASTER than 250BPM's 1/4 streams.
Conclusion: you're doing it wrong.
Also just to remind that half-time makes a song go 0.75x slower and not 0.5x slower. Maybe even 0.8x, IDR.
I still do have suspicion on kanopu though. Well, with Rokodo... errr, maybe I'll keep that issue to myself just to avoid commotion. youngdow himself did say that with the TaTaCon you can pretty much do that though (believe it or not, I've tried; indeed you CAN press faster on the drum than on the keyboard, mainly because of the opposite force that goes to your hand when you hit the drum, making movement a bit easier)
To check, maybe I can make a Yawaraka-type Taiko map on http://osu.ppy.sh/s/9917 , and someone try to clear that with an FC. I know youngdow can do that lol

with 1 fingerBe reminded that mouse clicks count as the left side of the drum (changed in latest build, mouse click doesn't register both sides anymore). If his right hand was on the mouse, and his left was on the left-side bindings, it would then make sense.

I don't know if there are any known cheaters in Taiko, but I do agree that Taiko needs more attention than it is getting right now.
Also, I am not sure, but using two screens to hr+fl+hidden everything is allowed? I heard it is O_o Because if not, there are plenty of scores which looks "strange". Also i always though that HT is somthing like x0.6. Also I am passing 157bpm stream still without problems (1/8 ofc), I've also tried 178bpm stream, I can do it, and I can even pass 190BPM, took me some retries and the stream is way shorter than that one in marisa but still... If I can do 1/8 with over 170bpm, why can't I FC marisa? I can't even FC it on halftime, so it HAS to be 1/16 stream.
