Play lower AR, duh. Either play lower AR or edit your songs to a lower AR, but play it. Hidden will also help solidify reading after getting down the basics of lower AR.

The problem is a lot of these noobs take immense pride in being incompetent when it comes to reading ar. They wear that status like a badge proudly and feel compelled to make threads about it to show the world how amazing they are. Maybe because they think it implies they can play harder maps or something if they can't read below ar 9 when it actually means they have no idea what they're doing.

Why do you even play maps AR<9 when most of those maps slightly reward pp to none. You might just keep playing AR9-AR10 or 10.33 whatever for good instead of wasting time on AR<9 maps unless you don't want to rank up.

Farming 1 min maps with DT is a nuttshell, random lucky fc gives you 200-300pp. IMO
There are no lucky 200pp plays unless you're already capable of shitting those out anyway :/
