i think this is right Thanks
also it should probably not be more than od 7.5 considering the pace of the song Yea
08/31/2015 mod
- try the soft hitsound sample set :3 i think it sounds better with the music. i have no experience with hitsounding so just see for yourself ;w; Yea
- 01:37:897 (1,2,3) - i think you can afford to make these jumps smaller, when i played this, it didn't really feel right I changed the combo color to bright red to hint at the later section. I also buffed the jump on the second verse
- 03:22:904 (2) - what do you think about ctrl+g'ing this and 03:23:253 (3) - I think it's too early in the build up for jumps.
- 03:27:264 (3,4) - ctrl+g this and ctrl+g 03:27:613 (5,7) - I think current jump pattern is better
- 04:08:949 (2) - maybe ctrl+g would work? I like the up/down motion xD
this is looking good, but i believe some people might get butthurt over the difference in difficulty between the first half of the map and the second half. I think the transition is quite fine, but i also think that you should watch for some jumps that might be too big like 03:33:718 (1,2) - , 03:39:299 (1,2) - , 03:42:090 (1,2) - , and the list goes on I think theyre fine since 1/1 spaced jumps are much easier to aim than 1/2 jumps
anyway there ya go :3 my mod
Thanks for offset check though xD.Yoges wrote:

Timing is slightly off. A more accurate offset is 1634. (Move everything +10 ms) Oh, cool. sure.

00:35:804 (2,3,4) - Nothing really wrong here It's just I'd do something like this For me it feels a lot nicer to play since the 3 flows into the 4 at a wider angle. Nah, i prefer the current pattern, i want a downward motion not upward.
02:43:485 (1) - Rotate this clockwise ever so slightly slightly (4~ degrees) so that the tangent created by the 6,5,1 flow better into the curve and then fix the DS between 02:43:485 (1,2,3) It already looks fine to me though x___x
Uhh... yeah. I tried, You were right when you said this would be hard to mod. My mod is quite short I'm sorry (Hence why I wrote "M4LM?").
Sry i'm too hard;___; Overlaps aren't a bad thing at all though...KASUM1 wrote:
Hello~ for my monstrata ♥
Your bg should be 1366x768 [/color]
00:03:029 (3,1) - these 2 cross each other Yea.
00:10:354 (2,3) - try to move them around to avoid overlap Nothing wrong with this overlap. It's perfectly readable.
00:16:633 (2,2) - how about stack these? maybe It looks better It's a different pattern tho D:.
02:08:604 (4,1) - try to stack these with the slider trail Nahhh, I'd lose the triangle pattern if i stacked. Also no one will notice the stack in game play but ppl will notice the triangle.
02:29:193 (8,4) - ^ Nahhhh
03:09:658 (3,6) - stack with the slider head Different pattern tho...
03:20:472 (3,5) - overlap I think? It's intentional, nothing wrong with overlaps xPP idk why you think overlaps are bad xD.
03:21:867 (6,3) - stack with the slider trail Nah . thats a different pattern :__; also no one will notice it xP.
04:26:052 (3,4) - stack with the slider head I think it looks better Doesn't improve the pattern tho
04:55:703 (4,2) - stack with the slider trail to avoid overlap and looks better It looks better like this D: cuz slider 2 is half-overlapping the circle which is cool.
05:19:277 (2,3) - overlap or they are crossing each other Yea thats the point xPP
I hope my mod helps ♥
Thanks again ProBox DD.ProfessionalBox wrote:
Hello! M4M as we discussed

- Consider changing the combo color 5 since it's a bit too dark I'd say. Maybe go with more of a gray combo color? I think it would also demonstrate the sadness well if not even better. Also I'm curious to know why you have 2 combo colors that are the same ? Yaaaa Grey's nice too. And I think two red's are fine but i can doublecheck. I wanted to alternate between Red > Black > Red > Brown but i didn't want to have to use color hax every 2 measures (im lazy okay) so i used two red combo colors instead.
- The Background pic is too large at the moment ! RIP RINGATING QUEUE I CRI
00:07:215 (1,2) - I think this looks a bit weird, maybe try something like this I actually really like this kind of structure. It's straightforward to read imo and kind of fun to play lol. I'd prefer to keep it.
00:16:633 (2,4) - I'd blanket that xD Same
00:43:488 (1,2,3) - I'm unsure of what instrument you're following here but since you follow the vocals afterwards maybe try changing the rhythm according to the vocals here? I wanted to follow the main melody here and keep it 1/1 rhythm for the first measure so players get accustomed to the rhythm/spacing. I follow that rhythm a lot later so I think having a simpler rhythm here is fine. The map is all about progressively getting more difficult so I think it fits xD.
01:04:418 (4) - Is this slider intended to be a bit off or did you just forget to make it smooth ? Oops fixed.
02:26:053 (7,2) - Not such a big deal but these could be stacked for naziness Yaaa that was the intention/
03:30:937 (1,2) - Maybe try this rhythm here? I prefer this rhythm. I don't use 3/8 sliders a lot, so i kind of wanted to use a different rhythm than the normal 1/4 rhythm.
03:47:342 (6,7) - I think that claps on these would really emphasize this part nicely! Okay!
03:54:308 (4,3) - Again with the nazi stack lmao Fix~
03:58:494 (5,1) - This is a more noticable one and I'd definetly stack these properly. The (5) is off by a grid or two. Oh yea. fixed this, also removed the overlap onto 4 cuz that wasn't intended.
04:09:831 (5,1) - This is probably intentional but the flow here would be cool if you made the (1) like this Ah, yea i originally had that, but i wanted a more downward motion so the slider-end would end somewhere close to the bottom of the screen. That way i can use a Ctrl+J jump pattern.
04:20:471 (3,4) - Consider adding whistles on the heads of these since they would emphasize the 3/4 rhythm nicely! (Also 4:20 blaze it) Nice
04:26:052 (3,4) - Same here Nice
04:29:540 - Maybe make the break begin 04:29:715 - Here instead. I think it would make the effect more "dramatic" since the vocals begin at 04:29:889 - again. Or you could move it to where the vocals begin, that works fine too I think lmao Moved it to where the vocals begin. Ahh this is really nice, thanks <3
05:22:875 (1) - Awesome <3
That's it for the mod, hope it helped! Also I didn't entirely focus on the hitsounding since it appeared smooth and simple thus only pointing out a few of those. But I think that what I pointed out were absolute necessities and therefore I noticed the lack of them while listening :p
Thanks for the mod!CrystilonZ wrote:

Countdown ? Removed
00:04:424 (1,2) - blanket is quite off Fixed
00:08:261 (2) - I'd rather you moved the tail towards the right; kind of parallel-ish to that 00:07:215 (1) - It's fine as is. You can't make a straight slider parallel to a curved one anyways.
00:19:773 (3,4,5) - make them a triangle. maybe No, This is better.
00:28:139 (3) - move this one downwards to improve the flow I changed the slider instead.
00:34:418 (5) - around 368/348 to make a triangle Different pattern here.
00:40:349 (6) - 288/236 No...
00:49:069 (1) - 196/140No...
01:09:651 (3) - Move this one downwards would improve the flow I like this up/down movement.
01:22:907 (2) - curve this one slightly more Okay
02:30:588 (3,6) - overlap It's fine imo.
02:54:658 (1) - blanket off Fixed
02:56:053 (3) - curve that turn would perfectly blanket 02:55:356 (2) - I want a cornered blanket.
04:08:959 (2) - Ctrl G on this one would flow better, I guess I want the flowbreak here for emphasis.
03:23:611 (4) - spacing off - about 496/172 Nah, this is very straightforward, and I wanted a jump here anyways.
03:23:263 (3,1) - blanket them? Nah, different pattern.
Beautiful song, beautiful map
Have a star
Good luck

- 00:11:750 (5) - whistle on the head works well, piano on this is very similar to the one you catch on 00:11:052 (4) - Nice
- 00:21:860 (2) - feels a bit odd to not have a whislte on this with how high pitched the sound landing on this is. would probably just make 00:21:163 (1) - a finish then add a whistle, this way you don't have two whistles in a row here which would sounds a little weird I think + the song emphasized properly Okay sure, added to similar sections.
- 00:33:721 (4) - shouldn't this be a whistle? or is this supposed to have no hitsound at all on it? cuz 00:36:511 (4) - has one too Fixed
- 00:43:488 (1,2,3,4) - wouldn't using the same rythm for this and for 00:49:069 (1,2,3,4) - make a little more sense? I mean it might just be because I personally prefer following vocals more but eeeh your call probably doesn't matter too much I wanted something easier here and just follow metronome rhythm before switching to vocals later.
- 01:03:721 (2) - would be cool if this had a whistle too I think, very audible piano + it works well with the start of the new track on 01:05:814 (1) - I THINK I think it's too calm a section to have so many hitsounds. Just keeping it simple here lol.
- 01:27:790 (7) - this has a really dull drum land on it, and I think it would be kinda cool if you could catch this somehow, like maybe just put a drum-clap or just the drum-sampleset on it. Personally I found that reducing the volume by 10% and then putting drum-asmpleset on it works well nice. Added drum-clap
- 01:39:302 (1) - hmmm I kinda think that a finish here sounds a little more fitting than a whistle Yaa
- 01:56:046 (1) - this on the other hand would sound better without the finish I think, the song doesn't really feel as 'explosive' as the hitsounds would suggest I think, whistle only works just fine Hmmm i prefer to keep it here just to continue this finish/whistle hitsounding pattern. it feels more consistent for me.
- 02:03:023 (5) - works better as a finish I think I prefer just using whistles here for consistency. Too many finishes xPP
- 02:05:814 (5) - ^ I guess the same goes for similar patterns in the first kiai (only two more of those I think) extra emphasize on the piano landing on these notes just feels..gud, having them stand out a little against the rest to make it less monotonous..your call!
- 02:29:193 (8,3,6) - the only thing that I found was sorta ugly so far, the overlap between these two :c T___T it's a really fun pattern to play tho. ugh i want to keep, rip xPP.
- 02:43:495 (1) - finish here feels more appropriate, does a better job of emphasizing the new trackOkay
- 03:00:588 (2,3) - Blanket is noticeable OFF please fix ASAP
FIXED!!!1- 03:03:030 (1) - missing hitsound on this? or was this supposed to not have anything on it Fixed
- 03:09:309 (2) - shouldn't there be a greenline on this with 35% volume, just like you did for the previous one on 03:06:518 (2) - ? o and I kinda think that just using claps instead of the drum sampleset thing on these works well, song noticeably picked up in tempo so having the hitsounds a little less subtle works well I think It's a bit louder imo so i used 45% instead xD
- 03:41:052 (2) - drum clap on this goes along well with the dull drums landing on this I think yaaa
- 03:54:308 (4) - personally think that something like 97/95 for this woulda been could cuz it lets you keep a little more of the momentum that was previously build up Oh, that looks cool. Used another similar location
- 04:20:819 (4) - clap with drum adittions feels like it goes along better with the drum landing on this Okay added
- 04:49:075 (1) - green line here is technically unneccessary, doesn't really do any harm though (I think?) so idk just um saying Oh, it was intentional until i raised the volume of everything else by 10%. Forgot to lower this one back to 20% lol.
- 04:46:982 (2) - why the whistle on the tail here when the piano is landing on the tail? This whole section i wanted to focus on the bass instead so I hitsounded bass instead of piano lol.
i tried
Good Luck!
Oh, haha. That's actually intentional but you kinda have to know the meaning of the lyrics and context to get why a black/dark color was used. A red color would have worked too, but i felt black was a bit cooler lol.Sonnyc wrote:
Nice map. An appropriate difficulty that could be pulled out from the song, nothing exaggerated.
Just that 03:04:767 (1) this combo color felt like a mistake lol
