I would get my life saved from grim situations at the most convenient times all day everyday.

There is a reason I never watch unrealistic anime with bad storyline, and full of menaningless action.
lol yeah, because in real life, there are ninjas fighting with scrolls and crazy hand gestures.EmixX wrote:

The most realistic animes are, objectively, slice of life animes. I'm talking stuff like K-ON!, Lucky Star, Hidamari Sketch, etc. Although, I don't Apex was talking about these animes; just like real life, these animes often have no real, straightfoward plot.
Why I don't watch it:mathexpert9981 wrote:

Why I don't watch it:ok now its getting ridiculous.
1. Repetitive after a few episodes.(Hero kills cannon fodder, hero kills this seemingly invincible villain, *yawns*)
2. No real value except entertainment.(You can watch some, but never to excess)
3. Induces psychosis(loss of contact with reality) and psychopathy(no sympathy, destructive, hatred)(A Chinese student bought a notebook similar to Death Note and wrote the people he hate in it).
4. The protagonist is concerned with way too much things and hard to keep them on track and in mind.
5. The author only did it to get money and attention.(e.g. Twilight by Stephanie Meyer)
6. Bad animes are degrading much more.
Sorry, because I got psychosis for a week or so after playing Ib.EmixX wrote:

i dont watch things like naruto or bleach cause its like you said in 1 and 2 but i cant agree with point 3. its like saying video games provoke violence. just because some consumers do shit doesnt mean everyone is like that. those people are sick in the head to begin with.
you should think about how many otakus dont make death notes even though they like action oriented anime or how many gamers dont shoot people.
